We moved with Unigroup from Singapore to Germany. The moving team in Singapore on the ground was fantastic ( friendly, knowledgeable, careful), but the sales/account management team is very young and inexperienced and caused a lot of issues ( wrong quotes, missing documents , changing instructions, poor communication). As we experienced significant delays and cost increases along the way, it was a difficult relationship and in the end, it was difficult to distinguish between incompetence , external factors ( Covid-19) , poor coordination with the partner moving company in Germany and poor communication/ crisis management skills. Overall, … a very difficult and stressful international move with Unigroup.
