I went to the Toa Payoh clinic at 6.30am because it’s the only 24/7 clinic in the area. Very disappointed that they said I had to wait 45mins-1 hour for a change of shift as there are no doctors in the clinic. But shouldn’t the 1 hour buffer be accounted for if the clinic is supposed to be open for 24 hours a day? Made a long trip all the way down for nothing while being sick and quite disappointed.

I understand that it's challenging for the clinic to communicate waiting times to patients, but this is a 24-hour clinic. I was told I was next in line, yet I ended up waiting an additional hour. It's disappointing that the clinic seems indifferent to patient care. I suggest thinking twice before visiting this clinic.
