Would like to remind the doctor (gerald?)that he has a clinical duty to maintain good hygiene standards. He was coughing badly n still not wearing a mask. While me, as a patient responsibly wore one. With measles on the rise, its a v uncalled for conduct especially from a medical practioner. Hasnt covid taught us anything? And now i noticed there were so many bad reviews n no wonder y.

I’m very disappointed with our experience at this 24-hour GP clinic. We brought our 11-year-old son in with several symptoms and tried to explain our concerns, including whether the symptoms might be linked. Unfortunately, the doctor, Dr Joshua Goh, appeared dismissive and brushed these questions aside, saying they should just be treated individually at that moment, without providing much explanation or reassurance. What concerned us most was that the doctor did not initially listen to our child’s lungs. This was only done after we raised our concerns on breathlessness. For a child presenting with chest-related symptoms, this felt incomplete and unsettling. Overall, the consultation felt rushed and lacking in empathy, which made us uncomfortable as parents. The young doctor lacked experience. When seeking medical care for a child, especially late at night, you expect a more attentive, professional and reassuring approach. Sadly, this was not the case, and we would not return or recommend this clinic to other families.

Felt unwell in the middle of the night and went to the clinic so glad to meet a Chinese doctor, as it’s always easier to express how you feel in your own language. Dr Jonathan Hee was very patient, explaining everything clearly and ensuring each treatment cost was transparent and within a reasonable range. I was really impressed. The front nurse was also very polite and kind overall a pleasant experience. 🙏

Visit the 24 hours clinic while I had a bad case of food poisoning. Doctor was ok and did his job but the purpose of this review is to thank the kind Indian lady receptionist who was on shift on 4/5 Oct 2025 night shift. I was in a lot of pain and she was very understanding and tried to make me feel more comfortable. Didn’t catch her name but really wanted to thank her for going out of her way for patient’s comfort. Thank you!
