Similar experiences with some of the other reviews. For the Lady Gaga merchandise, I have placed two orders amounting to about S$400 and both experienced delay. I can also corroborate that the order was placed mid-May and it is currently 5 August 2025 and one of my order is still not fulfilled. I was also informed one of the item is out of stock a few days ago. Given the hefty shipping cost of more than S$10 per order and the premium price tag of concert merch itself, the level of customer service is subpar. When I contacted the team multiple times, I was simply told that there is a disclaimer on their website that shipping delays can happen. What is the point of replying then? I would highly recommend if anyone is purchasing merch to just go down to the concert location earlier to get them. Whilst it sounds convenient to pay for shipping and not have to queue for concert merch, the level of service is abysmal and frankly, not worth paying extra for.

I ordered on 21st May. Today is 1st July. They charged the money but I never received anything. “we’ve been informed that the Lady Gaga Merch is expected to arrive at the warehouse this morning. Once it has arrived, it will go through the necessary processing before being prepared for shipment.” The message I received on 5th June. PS: they’re charged $12.50 for the shipping fee. From May til July, really dont know what are they doing.

Beware buyer ! This is a conpany cheat money through lazada platform ! You paid money in advance , they hold the delivery and keep delay the delivery the items you order ! It has been delay again and again and never respond and commit the drlivery ! I urge lazada should stop allow such cheating company to sell the products to cheat people !

Ordered a keshi vinyl over a month ago and has yet to receive it nor got any updates from them. Maybe i was stupid to fall for their “3-5 days shipment”. But i really thought max i would wait for a local supplier was 2 weeks or so. But a month?! What are you guys even doing? Is packing a CD and shipping it LOCALLY so hard? Sg is so small, if you guys allow self collect, i could be there in less than an hour. And you guys are taking more than a month just to ship it? Ridiculous company
