There were multiple coordinators involved at various stages, and each of them handled their part of the process professionally. A special mention to Thiayagarajan, who handled the customs clearance and delivery. He was very prompt in responding and coordinating the final delivery, which made the last leg of the shipment stress-free. One tip for improvement: Since the shipment is handled multiple times during transit, it would be helpful if stronger and higher-quality cardboard boxes are used for packing, as some boxes can tear easily during handling. The original estimated timeline was around 3 months, and the shipment arrived roughly within that timeframe. There was a minor delay due to ship scheduling, and otherwise it likely would have arrived about 15 days earlier.
