About Uptown Floristry
Uptown Floristry is a floral service provider operating islandwide from its studio at 23 Kelantan Ln, Kim Hoe Centre. The listing has been verified by KakiList, confirming operating details and contact channels. It holds a 4.9/5 rating across 140 Google reviews, a robust sample that gives reasonable confidence in service quality. Pricing is presented at the $$ tier on a package basis; no specific figures are published, so enquire directly for a quote.
Clients typically reach out via WhatsApp, phone, or the enquiry form to share the event date, venue, and a brief on style and colour palette. For weddings, lead time of 2–4 months is advisable for bridal bouquets, corsages, and reception arrangements, as popular Saturdays in March, April, October, and November book out early. For everyday arrangements and smaller occasions such as birthdays or baby celebrations, 1–2 weeks is usually sufficient, though same-day availability depends on the week's order volume. It is worth confirming whether the studio offers a site recce for venue installations, the setup and teardown window relative to the event schedule, and whether a travel charge applies for non-central venues. Discuss package scope in full — stems per arrangement, vessel or stand inclusion, post-event flower collection — and confirm the deposit and balance schedule in writing before signing.
The clearest next step is to send a WhatsApp message with your event date, venue, estimated number of arrangements, and any reference images, and request an itemised quotation.
Lock in the date with a written contract and deposit, confirm the public liability insurance and any HDB / condo / hotel venue paperwork, and put the deliverables, balance schedule, and rescheduling policy in writing.
went for a freestyle fresh flower arrangement session with Flowers by Terra, and it was such a great experience! The flowers prepared for my session were beautifully selected and thoughtfully displayed — it felt like a “buffet-style” floral selection. The blooms were fresh and the colour combinations were simply lovely! What made the session even more enjoyable was having a florist there to guide me. Although it was meant to be a self-DIY session, I was really glad to have her support. She was patient, shared lots of helpful tips on flower selection and arrangement, and even assisted me in wrapping up my bouquet. Overall, it was a relaxing and fulfilling experience — I truly enjoyed every moment. Highly recommended for anyone who loves flowers or wants to try something creative and hands-on!
Attended "Your Colours, In Bloom: Personal Colour Analysis & Floral Arrangement Experience in Singapore" featuring personal colour analysis by Tiffany and a floral arrangement session by Flowers by Terra. The staff were super friendly and patient (they even recommended lunch spots nearby — thoughtful touch). It was my first time trying floral arrangement, but they guided us every step of the way and helped polish the final look so the whole vase came together beautifully. Overall, this experience is good for those looking for a relaxed, leisure or self-care activity. A nice option for a me-time break and a chance to try something new in a calm, enjoyable setting 🌿
I just wanted to express my heartfelt thanks to Sisi for making my bouquet workshop such a beautiful and memorable experience ❤️ . Her patience, warmth, and genuine passion made the whole process feel so effortless and comforting. She has this incredible ability to guide without rushing, encourage without pressure, and make you feel truly confident in what you’re creating!!! Really really thankful as this was my first ever arrangement class ! It was honestly such a joy working with her! her energy alone makes the entire session feel special. I loved it so much that I booked another appointment right after attending yesterday! Thank you, Sisi, for being such a kind, thoughtful, and inspiring instructor. Can’t wait to see you again soon ❤️

Uptown Floristry uses package-based pricing rather than à la carte, and specific figures are not publicly listed. As a general guide, bridal bouquets in Singapore typically run S$150–400, bridesmaids' bouquets S$80–180 each, table centrepieces S$80–300 depending on vessel and stem count, and full venue installations (ceremony arch, aisle lining, reception backdrop) can range from S$1,500 to S$8,000 or more. Itemise the following when requesting a quote: deposit amount (typically 30–50% on signing), balance payment timing, whether vessels and stands are included or hired separately, setup and teardown hours, and a travel charge for non-central venues. GST may apply depending on the company's registered status. See the full floral cost guide for Singapore →
For weddings, book 2–4 months ahead at a minimum; peak Saturdays in March, April, October, and November tend to fill earliest, so 6 months is a safer buffer if your date falls in those windows. For birthday arrangements or baby celebrations, 2–4 weeks is typically sufficient for standard packages. Confirm whether the date is firm once the deposit is paid, and ask about the rescheduling policy if circumstances change. For venue installations, an early site recce — ideally booked alongside the deposit — helps avoid setup surprises on the day. Wet-weather contingency is worth discussing if any portion of the floral display is outdoors.
The Singapore events industry standard is a 30–50% deposit on signing to secure the date, with the balance due roughly 1–2 weeks before the event. The deposit typically covers the date hold, initial design consultation, and any sourcing commitments for specific blooms — which is why most florists treat it as non-refundable but may allow a date transfer within a reasonable window. Confirm in writing: what the deposit covers, whether it is transferable to a rescheduled date, and the cut-off for cancellation before any refund is considered. For larger installations, ask whether a mock-up or sample arrangement is included, and clarify the protocol if particular flowers are unavailable at the time of the event. Lock in the deliverables list — arrangement count, stem types, vessel details — before signing.
