This is by far the best service I’ve engaged throughout my entire house-moving process. Both the boss and the workers were extremely accommodating and took great care of every item during the move. There was absolutely no damage to my house or belongings. They truly made my house-moving journey a blissful and stress-free experience.

update Mar 2026: unfortunately had to adjust my review to reflect updated chain of events. I engaged urban shift again for my move back from the storage space to my new house. we were told that they were unable to support our move as their transport vehicles had broken down, and we were informed less than 24 hours in advance. fortunately with some nudging, we were able to get that sorted and a partner company assisted with the move. however, it was discovered that our 55 inch television was damaged during the move process. during the packing, a hard plastic piece was cling wrapped tightly against the television, and the pressure from the packaging had caused an indent and a crack on the television. I reached out to Urban Shift to ask for their liability coverage and if there was any possibility of us having some form of compensation, but they have not responded to my messages or my calls since Feb 19 when this was flagged. this has been disappointing. we are not demanding for a full coverage but just the decency of a response to close the loop but we've been left hanging. excellent service if things go well, but please don't expect post-service recovery. the 2 stars remain for the good experience from Dec 2025. engaged urban shift for my first ever house move. jay and his team made our move very stress free, they were on time and extremely professional. special thanks to sara and the guys on site for their patience with us, and making the move (i dare say) fun. they took hiccups in their stride and always strove to deliver their best for us. they handled items with care and did their best to minimise damages and we knew we were in good hands. the pricing was reasonable for the service rendered, and we will be engaging them at the end of the year when we are moving our items from storage to our next home! thank you for saving us from a potential stressful situation and making it an enjoyable one!

We recently used Urban Shift for our move, and were impressed with their service. The team worked efficiently and handled all of our belongings with great care. They made sure everything was transported safely. Because we were not ready to unpack as our renovation is still going on, they even took the initiative to wrap the dining table for us to prevent any scratches while the works are going on. Overall, we would highly recommend their services to anyone looking for reliable and trustworthy movers. We’ll definitely use them again for future moves.
