My husband injured his thigh during badminton games. When we had lunch at Orchard, he felt pain that need to consult specialist. We had no clue which specialist to look for. We google at the same time and managed to find Dr Jonathan Urology Practice. We called the clinic and Miss Jolyn answered. She was patience, helpful and listened attentively to my husband situation. Dr Jonathan was very professional to conclude that my husband was having hernia, need to perform surgery. Dr Jonathan was considerate, kind and arranged limo for my husband to do ultrasound at AsiaMedic. I told doctor that we were going for a holiday in France 3 weeks later. He expedite the surgery and reassure me that everything would be good and we were able to go for the trip! His dexterity and meticulousness lead to a successful surgery. Dr Jonathan was very caring to examine my husband 3 days before the trip in ensuring my husband is recuperating well. Ms Candy was pleasant, polite in explaining to us regarding the insurance. Dr Jonathan Teo is amazing. Personality wise, he is very local, easy going, and direct but still sensitive towards his patient. Made it very comfortable talking to him and asking all types of questions. His style is to treat/do what is necessary. We had 2 concerns and he told us upfront that we just need to resolve #1. If #2 is not causing any pain, then there is no point spending money to resolve it as it does not affect anything in terms of health. He would also advise us what to do and what is worth spending the time/money/effort caring about. Super down to earth. I was skeptical at first but after I met Dr Teo, I could see why. He is very very confident of his skills too, which assured us everything will go well. Thank you Dr Teo!
