Reversed instead of going forwards in a parking lot and had some damages to the paint/body of the car plus a previous scratch in the front of the car which needed repairs. Clement had suggested that would require 5 days for the repairs but upon seeing the car seats in the car, he asked to rush out the repairs and we got the car back after 1 day down time only. Much appreciated as it really helped with the ferrying of the kids around which would have been much harder without the car!

Had a crack on my windshield and Clement handled everything for me from start to finish. He explained clearly what needed to be done, how the process works, and when to come down. He followed up once the stock arrived, reminded me a day before my appointment, and briefed me on the actual day. Everything was very smooth. I just mentioned that I wanted to do servicing as well, and he guided me on how to arrange it. He settled the windshield first, then handed over to Darren for the servicing. After everything was done, he updated me promptly and even checked in with me if everything was okay a day after I collected my car. Really happy with the service and the professionalism. Had a windscreen crack on passenger side while driving on the AYE. Monday went in to get it fixed. Insurance approval and arrangement for replacement took only 2 days. Actual replacement about 1 day. Clement was very fast and prompt and communicated the whole process through watsapp. And very flexible timing on when to bring in the car or collect. Great service!
