We had an emergency toilet situation (it wouldn’t flush) in the morning and by noon, it was all fixed thanks to the people from this company. A month before, we made the mistake of contacting some random plumber who left their magnet at our door (guys, NEVER DO THIS - always google and check, don’t rely on cheap magnets) - they made a mess of our system and charged us hundreds of dollars. In contrast, this company was upfront about the cost even after having looked at a few reference photos, and stuck to it even after they came on site (some plumbers will come and tell you oh it’s actually $x more because of this and that). I truly appreciated the quick, efficient, and reasonably-priced services from them. Will 100% contact again (obviously I hope not to but you never know!)
