Thank u Dr Fong, Lily and Grace for their excellent professional work. It’s my third egg retrieval, IVF cycle 3 and I was previously done my first two cycle at Thomson fertility at paragon. I must say I’m so much well taken care here at this centre. From the beginning, IVF counselling procedure done by Grace, to nurse Lily for her before and after care on procedure day. Before the procedure I was also walk through what to expect and what is to given to me for anaesthesia by Dr Fong. There are even vital signs monitored. Which Thomson didn’t had. Virtus centre is very professional, thorough, clear and caring. I’m so thankful. They are like angels sent by God. I only hope that my first cycle was done right here from the start. Previous cycles at Thomson fertility, I felt less supported and clear of what to expect. Me and my husband had to learnt by experience and some things like IV drip needed were only informed after my procedure. It’s not really clear and we were confused and concerned as first timer. Thank you Dr Roland Chieng who is really assuring and encouraging. We are really in good hands. 🙏🏻🌹🌈

They might have edge technology in this field but their coordination is terrible: 1. Make appointment with doctor prior checking with patients' availability or check if has any preferred doctor/clinic , 2. Never send the report to clinic on time, only after I reached, clinic has to call Virtus asking for the report. Not very pleasant overall experience 😕

Slow in processing cpf refund..even though cpf already deducted customer account and disburse to them in few days.. Staff at Virtus then claim that need to wait 3 weeks for australia to process.. Cant believe this...
