Bought my V90 T6 Polestar from Volvo in 2019. I’ve never regretted my decision even after 7 years down the road. It offered one of the most powerful 2 litres vehicle, twin charged engine in the market money can buy. I’ve been using it both privately and a workhorse for my business. Gotten all regular servicing done at Wearnes throughout the year as nothing beats original dealership workmanship. I’m especially glad to have Desmond as my service advisor after the previous one left. Desmond is not only knowledgable with cars but his dedicated attitude towards car issues solving with patience on customers is highly commendable. This is the kind of service advisor who could having a leading role in the automotive service industry. His years of experiences gained has proven fruitful. Bought my Volvo EX30 recently and was assisted by sales consultant Jimmy She and sales manager Jean Toh. Jimmy was extremely knowledgeable about the car, and he explained all the features to me patiently and with enthusiasm. He is always available to answer any questions and he is excellent in customer service. Jean helped to secure a good price for my trade-in car and they both went above and beyond to make the whole process of owning my first Volvo so smooth and enjoyable. I would like to commend Jimmy She, Sales Consultant from Volvo Singapore, for his outstanding service and professionalism throughout my car purchase journey. Jimmy is extremely knowledgeable, patient, helpful, and friendly. He always replied to my enquiries promptly, even after office hours, which made the entire process smooth and reassuring. He also took the initiative to arrange the collection of my car on my preferred date. Although Jimmy was on holiday on the day of my car collection, he thoughtfully arranged for his colleagues, Marissa and Fabian, to assist me. There was a slight delay on the day of collection, but they managed to resolve it as soon as possible and kept me updated throughout, which I truly appreciated. What really stood out was Jimmy’s dedication even after the car was collected. He went the extra mile by meeting me the following day to patiently guide me through the Volvo app and various car features, including auto-parking. He explained everything slowly and clearly, and never once made me feel like I was taking up his time. The next day, he even followed up to check whether I had successfully added the digital key to my husband’s and daughter’s phones. The Volvo EX30 itself is a joy to drive, very smooth and comfortable. I am so glad I chose Volvo over other European cars; the experience has been amazing from start to finish. I was really glad we meet Lawrence. He is very detail when he was introducing us to the car. I love how he intro the small details of the car which is very family oriented. And he knows what he is selling. Glad to found our family car! Love the play room! My daughter had so much fun while we were getting all the documents ready. Less stress!!
