Overall, it’s always a pleasant experience at this clinic. I occasionally drop by for impromptu check-ups, and despite the short notice, the clinic consistently does their best to accommodate me, which I truly appreciate. I recently did my oral glucose test here and was welcomed by some of the friendliest and most caring nursing staff. They explained the entire process clearly and were very attentive to my comfort and well-being throughout. A special shoutout to Miss Lai, who assisted with my blood draw and appointment scheduling — she was incredibly patient, gentle, and understanding, which made the experience much less stressful. Dr Ben is equally commendable — always kind, approachable, and thorough in his explanations. He takes the time to address concerns, explains things clearly, and never makes the consultation feel rushed. His reassuring and professional manner makes each visit a positive one. Dr Ben and his nursing team are absolute gems, so very knowledgeable, attentive, and consistently providing top-notch care. Do expect some waiting time, because everyone wants to be in the hands of the best. Dr Ben is patient and thorough. He explains things clearly, and his expertise and genuine care were exactly what I needed as a first-time mum. The nurses are equally wonderful, kind and reassuring, they guide you through the entire journey with ease. A special shoutout to Nurse Lai: she is the only person I fully trust to draw blood. Her technique is so gentle it is almost painless, which means everything when you are terrified of needles like I am.

I am currently pregnant and have been seeing Dr Ben at W Gynae, and I couldn’t be more thankful for the care I’ve received throughout this journey. Dr Ben is an extremely calm and composed doctor who always provides reassurance when it matters most. What sets him apart is his ability to strike the perfect balance between professionalism and warmth. He is attentive, patient, and has a great sense of humour, often engaging both my husband and me in light-hearted conversations — from his work gadgets and hobbies to even joking about my push present — which really helps put us at ease during each visit. I would also like to commend the nursing team at W Gynae for their exceptional service and skills. The nurses are consistently gentle, professional, and caring, especially during jabs and blood-taking procedures. A very special mention goes to Nurse Lai. Since young, I have always had extremely difficult veins — often requiring multiple medical professionals and several attempts before blood could be drawn, sometimes even needing to move to the veins on my hand. Nurse Lai’s skills were truly impeccable. She managed to draw blood successfully in one attempt, in under 30 seconds, and she did this not once but twice for me. It was honestly amazing and such a relief. Thank you to Dr Ben and the entire W Gynae team for making this pregnancy journey such a positive and reassuring experience. I would highly recommend them to any expectant mother looking for compassionate and skilled care.

Dr Ben is an extremely patient and caring doctor. He is the 1st doctor I’ve ever met who is so soft-spoken, gentle and reassuring. He explains things clearly and always gives good advice which really helps put me at ease. A big thumbs up as well to the clinic nurses — they are all very kind and professional. Special thanks to Aunty Lai. When I was feeling nervous, she held my hands and even said a prayer for me, which made me feel much calmer, safer and supported. I’m truly grateful for her care. The clinic environment is also excellent. From the moment I stepped in, the atmosphere felt calm, soothing and comfortable. Overall, a very pleasant and reassuring experience. Highly recommended!
