About Waka Waka Singapore
Waka Waka Singapore is a birthday party events provider operating islandwide from its base at Havelock Road. KakiList has verified the operating details and contact channels. The Google rating stands at 3.8 out of 5 across 380 reviews, a robust sample size that warrants consideration when assessing service quality. Pricing is positioned in the mid-range ($$) on a package basis.
Parents typically begin by reaching out via phone or the enquiry form to confirm the event date, venue, and rough headcount before discussing theme and scope. Package contents for birthday parties commonly cover entertainment or activity provision, setup and teardown, and any decorative elements included in the tier chosen — confirm exactly what each package includes versus what is available as an add-on. Lead time matters: in-demand birthday party vendors typically book out 6–12 weeks ahead, and popular weekend slots go quickly. Confirm whether the team handles setup at the venue directly, what the teardown window looks like, and whether a travel surcharge applies for venues outside the central region. If any portion of the party is outdoors or at an HDB void deck or condo function room, ask about wet-weather contingency and whether public liability insurance documentation is required by the venue.
To move forward, contact Waka Waka Singapore via phone or the online enquiry form with your event date, venue type, age group, and approximate guest count to receive a package recommendation and confirm availability.
Lock in the date with a written contract and deposit, confirm the public liability insurance and any HDB / condo / hotel venue paperwork, and put the deliverables, balance schedule, and rescheduling policy in writing.
I was really looking forward to taking my child to Waka Waka Kids Play Area, but unfortunately the experience was very disappointing. The entire place felt unclean and poorly maintained. The play equipment looked dirty and sticky, and the floors didn’t seem to have been cleaned properly in a long time. For a children’s play area, hygiene should be the top priority – but here it clearly isn’t. I was uncomfortable letting my child touch anything, let alone play freely. With so many kids passing through every day, proper sanitisation and upkeep are essential, but this place completely fails in that aspect. Until they seriously improve their cleanliness and maintenance, I definitely would not recommend bringing your children here. It’s just not worth risking their health.
Really poor experience. It’s dark, dirty, in need of repair and dangerous - exposed sharp metal elements and hinges, missing netting, easily accessible multi-plug sockets etc. Amazing that they have the balls to charge $33 for this. Also full of kids who are too old to be charging around a soft play, with their parents ignoring them. Avoid at all costs - so many better options in the area.
Honestly quite disappointed with this place. The treehouse is nice and big and has some nice bridges but otherwise this place has not only seen better years but I noticed from older photos that they’ve given up some space and some sections are gone. Some items are in need of maintenance and just left around with Velcro showing. The older photos also show a much brighter play space but the interior of the treehouse is quite dark. What’s also very disappointing is the arcade games section. We have already paid a high fee and the games require tokens to be bought. Sorry this is the first and last time I’m bringing my daughter here. There are better playgrounds that are much more value for money.
Super adventurous, clean and safe space for kids! Kids loved the exciting slides, bouncy castle, and younger toddler play area. We had a birthday party here and Ivan the manager was super prompt, helpful and accommodating. Everything went smoothly due to his great help, and all our requests were met.
A nice place to bring the kids to play. This indoor play ground is big and spacious. It is also much less crowded now with the safe distancing requirements. Their snacks platter and drinks are also reasonably priced. Will come back for sure as the kids love it.

Waka Waka Singapore uses a package pricing model, indicated at a mid-range ($$) price point. For context, birthday party packages in Singapore typically range from S$500 to S$2,500 depending on the scope — entertainment, decorations, balloon installations, emcee or activity facilitation, and the duration of coverage all affect the final figure. Confirm the full cost picture before signing: deposit required on booking (typically 30–50%), balance due 1–2 weeks before the event, what is included in each tier versus billed as an add-on, GST applicability, and any travel surcharge for venues outside the central region. Ask for the deliverables and timing in writing. See the full Birthday Parties cost guide for Singapore →
For birthday parties, a booking lead time of 6–12 weeks is advisable for in-demand vendors, particularly for Saturday and Sunday slots. If the party falls during school holiday periods — June, September, or the November-December stretch — popular weekends fill up faster and you should aim to book towards the longer end of that window. Confirm at the time of enquiry whether the date is held by a deposit or merely a provisional note, as verbal holds are not binding. Ask about the wet-weather or venue-cancellation policy if any element is outdoors, and whether the deposit is transferable to a rescheduled date rather than forfeited outright.
The standard industry practice for Singapore birthday party vendors is a deposit of 30–50% on signing to secure the date, with the balance due roughly 1–2 weeks before the event. Confirm in writing what the deposit covers — date hold, planning consultation, material preparation — and whether it is refundable or transferable if circumstances change. Ask specifically about the rescheduling policy: most reputable vendors allow one rescheduled date within a set window without forfeiting the deposit, provided sufficient notice is given. Also confirm whether Waka Waka Singapore carries public liability insurance and, if the party is at an HDB void deck, condo function room, or hotel venue, whether a copy of the certificate needs to be submitted to the venue in advance.
