Their response to issues was quite slow. My pool turns green for five times due to their slow reaction. Their pump broke down just in 3 month after installation. They offer a discount to replace a new one, but turns out for the exact same product, their price is 50% higher than others even after their discount. Will not engage pool party again, more expensive and not worthy... pls dont use them, use others

Their BRE filters are very expensive and always always got issue and leaking. Very dirty and always have problem with the pool color. Results in green color pool often. Reconsider using other brand or contractor. Horrible job. Looks fancy on the pumproom but Inside alot of issues with the pump room and waterflow.
