For birthday parties, the typical booking journey begins with reaching out via WhatsApp, phone, or the enquiry form to confirm the event date, venue, age group, and headcount. WE ART Singapore Slime specialises in slime-making as a hosted party activity, making it well suited to primary-school-age children and younger teens who enjoy hands-on, tactile craft. Discuss package scope upfront — whether the activity is hosted at their Orchard Road studio or delivered to an external venue islandwide — and confirm what is included in the package versus charged separately, such as materials, travel, setup and teardown time, and any age-band or group-size adjustments. A deposit is standard on signing to secure the date; confirm the balance schedule and the rescheduling or cancellation policy at the same time.
Contact WE ART Singapore Slime via WhatsApp or phone to check availability for your event date, discuss the headcount and theme, and request a written package quote before paying any deposit.
Lock in the date with a written contract and deposit, confirm the public liability insurance and any HDB / condo / hotel venue paperwork, and put the deliverables, balance schedule, and rescheduling policy in writing.
Had a fantastic time doing Sip and Paint at We Art. I’ve tried similar offerings before from other providers but this one gives you more freedom. You could get as much or as little support as you want. The guide is extremely positive. Had a really great time.
Tried some other art places offering children lessons in the area before settling on We Art. My child looked forward to lessons at We Art every week, which I think is the best evidence that classes are good. Ms Florence and Ms Desiree were very good teachers, professional and patient with kids. If your child’s primary language at home is Mandarin, they were also accommodating. I also enrolled my kid in their children’s art camp. Lunch is included and my kid enjoyed the art camp, too. In the art classes, I noticed that the teachers provide guidance but allow kids to express themselves and choose what they want to draw, and tailor the classes to each kid’s interest. The environment of premises is large and spacious and well-lit, clean, and the air conditioning is excellent (an important consideration in Singaporean weather). If you are a parent looking for art classes for your child, I would recommend We Art.
I had a wonderful experience at this art studio, which is conveniently located right in the town area. The space is easy to find and perfect for a fun family outing. The staff were incredibly warm and friendly, and they interacted so well with the kids—patient, engaging, and clearly passionate about what they do. My kids had an amazing time making slime, and it was such a joy to see how much they enjoyed the activity. The whole environment felt welcoming and creative, making it a great place for children to explore and express themselves. I highly recommend this art place to anyone looking for an enjoyable, kid-friendly activity. We’ll definitely be back!
My daughter has been going to WE ART for over a year, and her (and my) experience has been nothing but wonderful! Every staff and instructor we've encountered has been warm, kind, sincere, patient and super helpful. I also love that they take a very free-spirited approach to art, always respecting my daughter's wishes for the type of art she's inspired to create each session, while teaching her different techniques and building her confidence along the way. Instead of forcing children on a rigid program or a specific type of art every single class, WE ART recognizes and respects that every child is unique in the way she/he approaches art, and therefore allows the children to pursue their own unique style artistic expression. My daughter simply cannot wait to get to her art session every single week, and has even requested to host her upcoming birthday party at WE ART as well!!
I really enjoyed this camp I think it was a great experience. I like using different textures and different art supplies. Overall this is a great place to go to.

Package pricing for birthday party activity providers in Singapore typically ranges from S$500 to S$2,500 depending on the number of children, duration, materials provided, and whether the activity is held at the provider's studio or at an external venue. For slime-making parties, material costs per child are meaningful, so confirm whether consumables are bundled into the quoted price or billed on top. Also confirm: the deposit amount (typically 30–50% on signing), the balance payment schedule, a travel or logistics surcharge for non-central venues if you are hosting at home or at a condo function room, and GST where applicable. Get the full itemised quote in writing before paying. See the full Birthday Parties cost guide for Singapore →
For birthday parties and children's activity vendors, 6–12 weeks ahead is a comfortable lead time for most dates. Popular weekend slots — particularly Saturday afternoons — can fill faster during school holiday periods in June and December, so earlier is better if your party falls during those windows. Confirm whether the booking date is locked in by the deposit, what happens if you need to reschedule due to illness or a change of venue, and whether wet-weather contingency matters if any element is outdoors. For studio-based sessions at The CentrePoint, weather is less of a concern, but for islandwide deployments to external venues, it is worth asking about.
The industry standard for event entertainment vendors in Singapore is a 30–50% deposit on signing to secure the date and begin preparation — for slime-making parties this typically covers the material pre-order, which cannot be reversed. Confirm in writing whether the deposit is refundable on cancellation, transferable to a future date, or forfeited if the booking falls through. Also ask about the rescheduling policy for last-minute changes (illness is common with children's parties), the minimum notice required to reschedule without penalty, and whether public liability insurance is held — this is particularly relevant if the activity is hosted at an HDB void deck, condo function room, or hotel venue that may require a copy of the certificate before permitting setup.
