For couples and event organisers, the typical process begins with reaching out via WhatsApp, phone, or the enquiry form to check date availability and discuss the event format — ceremony only, cocktail reception, dinner set, or a combination. Live jazz trios suit a wide range of wedding moments: ROM solemnisation background music, cocktail-hour ambience, and dinner entertainment. It is worth discussing repertoire style (classic jazz standards, bossa nova, contemporary arrangements, or custom requests), set lengths and break intervals, PA and sound requirements (whether the trio brings its own equipment or requires in-house provision), and whether the venue has a noise curfew that affects the last set. Lead time for popular Saturdays in March, April, October, and November can extend to six to twelve months; confirm the deposit structure and rescheduling policy in writing when securing the date. A written contract should set out the number of sets, total hours of music, equipment scope, travel charge if any, and the balance payment schedule.
To check availability for your event date, contact Wedding Jazz Trio directly via WhatsApp or the online form, and confirm the package scope, deposit amount, and cancellation terms before signing.
Lock in the date with a written contract and deposit, confirm the public liability insurance and any HDB / condo / hotel venue paperwork, and put the deliverables, balance schedule, and rescheduling policy in writing.
Musical Touch hardly needs any introduction, and having them perform at our wedding was truly a privilege!! Huge thanks to our singers Jeremy and Jing En, and pianist Alvin, whose beautiful music brought so much life and emotion to our day. Their professionalism and passion were truly felt in every moment. The team was incredibly accommodating with song requests and took time to read out dedications from our guests! We never once regretted investing a little more for the quality and atmosphere they delivered. Absolutely worth!!
Jolie and I engaged Musical Touch’s pop string quartet for our wedding on 29 Nov 2025 at Sofitel Sentosa. Greatest decision we have ever made! Julian was very helpful in explaining the service process to us. The musical director, Eva, was with us from the song planning stage, and accommodated us on our requests to add songs not included in the repertoire such as the recent hit song “Golden by HUNTR/X”. Huge shoutout to the pop string quartet - Selwyn, Jaz, Zhon and Kit! We loved how they played our first march in song - I see the Light from Tangled and last march in song - Can’t Help Falling in Love with You by Elvis Presley. Every moment when they played their pieces was absolutely magical. Their performance throughout our wedding elevated the ambience, our families and dear guests loved them and even sang along. My dad especially was in tears during their performance as he was so touched by their playing. Our guests were still singing praises to us the next day after our wedding. If you’re looking for a personalised, unique and magical experience during your wedding, greatly consider Musical Touch’s pop string quartet, they were nothing short of extraordinary ❤️
We always wanted a live band for our wedding, and we have been longtime fans of Ben Hum and Felicia. The entire process — from planning the band size to programme flow and curating the song list — was so personal and efficient. We especially loved how they brought such great energy to the celebration and made the whole wedding so fun. Everything flowed smoothly and we felt like guests at our own wedding. Thank you Ben, Felicia, Jerry and the tech team for the amazing music and good vibes. We can’t wait to host more parties in the future just so we can engage Musical Touch once again.
We engaged Musical Touch for our wedding and it was honestly one of the best decisions we made! The live music added so much warmth and energy and many of our guests, including the older folks, couldn’t stop complimenting the live performance. Special shout-out to Ben and Zerlene. Both of you were absolutely amazing. The two of them had great chemistry on stage and their performance really elevated the entire atmosphere and made the night feel extra special. Thank you Musical Touch for being so professional and easy to work with. Highly recommended to any couples looking to add that extra musical touch to their wedding!
We are truly grateful to the Musical Touch live band for making our wedding day so special and unforgettable. The music created beautiful, warm ambience that touched our hearts and brought so much joy to everyone. A heartfelt thank you to Chris for the soulful singing and stunning performance, and to Amanda for her beautiful voice and for being an amazing bilingual emcee who connected so naturally with our guests and lifted the entire atmosphere. Seeing our family and friends singing along, smiling, and fully enjoying the moment meant everything to us. The love, passion, and energy the Musical Touch team brought made our wedding even more meaningful. From the bottom of our hearts, thank you and truly appreciated! Highly recommended 👍

Live entertainment pricing in Singapore varies by event duration, number of sets, and equipment provision. For a jazz trio, expect packages typically in the range of S$1,200–3,000+ for a standard wedding or corporate event slot covering two to three sets of 45 minutes each, though the actual figure depends on the specific scope agreed. Confirm what is included: performance hours, number of musicians, PA system and sound engineer (if provided), travel charge for venues outside the central area, and whether the deposit locks in the date exclusively. The balance is typically due one to two weeks before the event. GST may apply depending on the company's registration status. See the full Entertainment cost guide for Singapore →
For weddings, six to twelve months ahead is advisable — peak Saturdays in March, April, October, and November are the first to go, and a group with 822 reviews and a 4.9/5 rating will have high demand across those windows. For corporate events, cocktail receptions, and private celebrations, six to twelve weeks is generally sufficient outside peak season, though earlier is always safer. Confirm whether the deposit holds the date exclusively and ask about the rescheduling policy if your venue or date changes. Wet-weather contingency is less relevant for an indoor live act, but it is worth confirming the backup plan if the venue's PA system or power supply fails — whether the trio carries its own backup equipment or whether that responsibility falls to the venue.
The Singapore industry standard for live entertainment is a deposit of 30–50% on signing to hold the date, with the balance due one to two weeks before the event. Confirm in writing what the deposit covers — typically the date exclusivity and any pre-event consultation or repertoire planning — and whether it is refundable or transferable to a future date if you need to postpone. Cancellations close to the event date are typically non-refundable, as the act has turned away other bookings. Ask specifically about the rescheduling window — most professional acts allow a date change within six to twelve months without forfeiting the deposit, provided sufficient notice is given. Put the full agreement, including deliverables, set times, equipment responsibilities, and force-majeure provisions, in a written contract before paying.
