About WeddingProposal SG
WeddingProposal SG is a decor and balloon specialist operating islandwide from its Capitol Singapore showroom. The business is KakiList-verified, though ACRA registration has not been confirmed in the public data available. It holds a 4.8-star rating across 245 Google reviews — a robust sample that reflects consistent client satisfaction across a range of event setups.
Enquiries typically begin with a consultation on event date, venue, and overall theme or style, after which WeddingProposal SG proposes a package or à la carte setup. Balloon and decor installations vary considerably by scope — from intimate proposal setups and balloon arches to full wedding reception styling — so confirming the exact pieces, quantities, and colour palette in writing at the outset avoids surprises. Clients should clarify the setup and teardown windows available at their chosen venue, whether that is an HDB void deck, a condo function room, a hotel ballroom, or a restaurant private dining space, as access times often sit outside the event window itself. A deposit of 30–50% on signing is standard practice to secure the date, with the balance typically due one to two weeks before the event. Travel charges may apply for venues outside the central region, and wet-weather contingency planning is worth discussing if any portion of the setup is outdoors.
The clearest next step is to reach WeddingProposal SG via WhatsApp or the enquiry form with your event date, venue, and a rough idea of style — the earlier you get in touch for peak Saturday dates, the better your chance of securing your preferred slot.
Lock in the date with a written contract and deposit, confirm the public liability insurance and any HDB / condo / hotel venue paperwork, and put the deliverables, balance schedule, and rescheduling policy in writing.
Bridal gown hunting was, in hindsight, the most enjoyable part of my wedding preparations, and I owe it all to The Proposal team. Despite my extremely tight timeline, the team not only welcomed me but ensured every step was handled and executed perfectly. The entire process—from selecting the gowns and initial fittings to the final collection and return—was seamless and stress-free. Everything was clearly explained right from the start, leaving no room for uncertainty. I ultimately picked the Pronovias Hart gown paired with a Carolina Herrera veil, achieving the classic, ethereal look I wanted. My consultant, Wati, was very professional. She provided honest advice, tailored to my needs, with absolutely no hard selling. Gina the seamstress, has top-notch alteration skills. She ensured the dress fit me like a glove. Overall, I am completely satisfied with The Proposal team's service and their wide selection of beautiful gowns. It was a truly pleasant experience, and I confidently recommend The Proposal to any bride seeking the perfect gown for her big day.
Rented the beautiful Vivienne Westwood Cocotte dress from The Proposal & the experience was wonderful!! Wati helped me every step of the way and she was so encouraging even when I somehow couldn’t fit the dress (& panicked), she helped to calm me down & made sure it was adjusted to fit me!!! I also requested for the sleeves to be up instead of off-shoulder, and the seamstress managed to make it work ❤️ so happy with how everything turned out & really appreciate the advice from Wati & the seamstress throughout this whole process
Excellent services from Jade and her team. I found my dream gown from Galia Lahav and it couldn’t have been possible without The Proposal. As the only authorized retailer to Galia, they get access to the latest gowns from GL. I found THE gown when I tried on the Spring ‘25 series during its exclusive trunk show in Oct ‘24. It was love at first sight. Jade and the team made the rest possible despite the extremely short timeline and had the gown customised to my measurements. The Proposal team was simply a joy to work with! The whole process from gown selection to measurements to returning - the team was professional, patient and experienced. Not a single regret working with The Proposal :)
Rented the super beautiful Vivienne Westwood wedding gown for my dinner reception here! Fell in love with the dress the first time I wore it, and being the indecisive bride that I am, I think I tried it a few times with different audiences to help me see, and thankfully The Proposal Team is super nice about it. I think it is also my experience at the boutique, which I really felt the most like a bride-to-be, which helps me to decide to go ahead with The Proposal. Big thanks to Brenna and team for always being so helpful every time! I am still in love with the dress even now and I have no regrets! Received so many compliments from my friends on the big day as well! Official photos are not out yet but here are snippets from the photobooth.
My Galia wedding dress from the Proposal was amazing - it had fit the decoration and theme of our wedding so perfectly and Brenna and Wati were so helpful to make sure that everything was in order. I'd recommend them to anyone looking for a wedding gown. I could even return the dress to their Jakarta branch 😁

WeddingProposal SG prices its work as packages, which is standard for decor and balloon specialists. Singapore market norms for this subcategory run from roughly S$300–600 for simple balloon installations or small proposal setups, rising to S$1,000–3,000+ for larger balloon arches, full wedding reception styling, or multi-zone decor. Custom or elaborate floral-and-balloon combination setups can exceed this range. Before signing, confirm what is itemised in the package: number and type of balloon pieces or decor elements, setup and teardown labour, travel charge for non-central venues, and whether a deposit (typically 30–50%) is required to hold the date with the balance due one to two weeks before the event. GST should also be clarified if applicable. See the full Decor & Balloons cost guide for Singapore →
For weddings and ROM solemnisations, 6–12 months ahead is the standard lead time for popular decor and balloon specialists, particularly for peak Saturdays in March, April, October, and November, which are the busiest months in Singapore's wedding calendar. Popular weekend slots can book out well in advance. For birthday parties, baby full-month or 100-day celebrations, and corporate events, 6–12 weeks is generally sufficient, though in-demand installers can fill up faster during the year-end festive period. Confirm whether your preferred date is available early, and pay the deposit promptly once agreed — the date is typically only held once the deposit is received. If any portion of the setup is outdoors, discuss a wet-weather contingency plan at the time of booking rather than on the day itself.
The Singapore industry standard for event decor is a 30–50% deposit on signing that secures the date and covers preliminary planning, design consultations, and material sourcing. The balance is typically due one to two weeks before the event. Deposits are generally non-refundable but may be transferable to a rescheduled date — confirm this in writing before paying. Ask specifically about the rescheduling policy in the event of force-majeure circumstances such as venue closures or public-health restrictions, and whether there is a penalty for changes to the scope or quantity of pieces after the contract is signed. Public liability insurance is worth confirming, especially for setups at HDB void decks, condo function rooms, or hotel venues — some venues require the vendor to provide a copy of the certificate before allowing access. Put the full package scope, balance schedule, setup and teardown windows, and rescheduling terms in writing before making any payment.
