I hired Weload.sg to disassemble, move, and reassemble my bed frame and mattress. I was told they would use cling wrap for the mattress during transportation, but unfortunately, they didn’t. Instead, they dragged my bare mattress across the floors and lift. It’s common sense not to do that, but apparently, they lacked it. The movers were sweating, and guess what? My unwrapped mattress became the perfect towel to absorb it. Their customer service is a joke. No matter when you call, it’s always 'high call volume.' When I asked for a quotation, they replied within minutes. But when I raised my concerns, it took days, and I’m still waiting for a response. I sent an email, and it’s been nearly a month with no reply. NEVER HIRE THEM

My chairs are still waiting for them to pick up. Irresponsible and dishonest movers. Do not hire them. Hotline is fake nobody picks up. Engaged them to move and dispose furniture. They loaded everything except my dining chairs which were supposed to be disposed. After we realised the mistake, spoke to movers, they said will come back for it the next day. CS gave me $10 discount and apologised on WhatsApp. Paid the rest of the deposit and they did not come back. Contacted CS and they insisted on me paying for a separate disposal order. I was charged $50 for chair disposal, got back $10 as an apology, which means I overpaid $40 for nothing. Also, They have no plans to collect the chairs to make up for their mistake, instead they want to charge me $50 again to recover from their mistake. Make it make sense?

This company delivers poor service. I had engaged them to move some furniture and their movers while moving these furniture scratched part of my property and they acknowledged and told me to write to the management to see if they can make good. Writing to the management is frustrating as after 1 month and with 3 chasers they refuse to respond to the incident and is just sweeping this under the carpet. Deal with them at your own risk. I strongly recommend that they rethink about how their business should be conducted. Very disappointing.
