At first we thought was our centralised cooling system that had caused a circuit breaker trip. We contacted SP , Daikin and town council. They came down and checked but found nothing wrong .Today I contacted Mr Wilson and share the issue with him. He sent an experience electrician uncle called Mr Goh to our house within 30 minutes. He quickly diagnosed that the aircon wires were burnt and fixed the issue immediately. Honestly we are so thankful to him as this circuit breaker trip really caused us lot of inconvenience. Satisfied with the prompt response from Mr Wilson and Uncle Goh for his expertise.

We had a power failure at 11pm, tried everything we could but nothing worked. Called Wilson at 11.30pm and he was very responsive and even provided us with some tips to see if we can have the power restored without engaging him. He came down within 20mins when it didn't work. He spent 4hrs dismantling and checking everything to make sure that we won't have to go through a major overhaul of our electrical wiring. We were lucky he was very patient and insistent on finding the fault. He found the culprit finally - a half melted/ burnt-out cable that was totally hidden from view. Saved us from having to do any major works. Very blessed to have engaged him! Charges are reasonable and as quoted from the start, though he could have charged higher due to the time he spent, especially in the middle of the night. Highly recommend his professional service!

My aircon isolator was spoiled at Saturday night. Whatsapp to them, as it's already night time and not allowed to drill, they came the next day (Sunday) to replace it for me with reasonable price. The uncle also helped to sweep the floor after drilling. Good service. Prompt and professional. Highly recommended.

We called Wilson at 9pm due to a power trip in our HDB flat. Unlike other electricians who would immediately provide a fee quote, he very kindly directed us to our electrical riser outside and patiently explained to us how we could try solving the issue without him coming down.
