I would highly recommend Wi Clean Soon! Arranging for an appointment was fuss free and straightforward. The technicians that came down - Eddie and team was also communicative and very knowledgeable about pest infestations. In two hours, they fumigated my car, wiped down, vacuumed the carpets and even steam cleaned my kids' carseats. Amazing service by Eddie and his team. The car was in a bad mess due to serious vomiting from the passenger. The car was clean up by the helper during the night but was still left with major staining and smell. I contacted wi clean soon in the early morning over whatsapp and they quickly responded. The earliest they could come over was the next day. As I was worried that the stain will get stuck to the surface, I spoke to Eddie to see if he could pioritise my case. I offered to pay more for my urgent case. Understanding my situation, he tried his best to work his schedule around and came by in the afternoon. After a total of 3 hour work, he cleared up all the mess. What impressed me most was, he went ahead to charge me the same price as per what initially quoted. No extra charge for my urgent request. I was touched and very thankful . Subsequently the next day, the owner found some stains that she didn’t discover. I text him for help and offered to cover his transportation. He immediately agree to go down to do another round of chemical cleaning. He did not accept my offer for transportation charges and told me is part of his service. I am beyond words cause in this day and age is almost impossible to find such exceptional service. Thank you Eddie! Engaged service in Jan this year. Eddie came and immediately said that the bugs found were caused by raw food. He then sprayed some chemicals here and there, and said it should be fine. Paid $100 over dollars for his few minutes presence. We removed the raw food, and few weeks later, the bugs appeared again. When contacted him, he said to give it few weeks again. We were so fed up, so end up spraying insecticides and problem still persist until now. I engaged the service due to all the 'good reviews', but turned out very very disappointing to me. I am doubtful of their expertise in the matter! Waste of money! So, today (15 Jun 2024), I changed my review to 4 star because Eddie responded to check on the status of the situation. It may be due to the negative review I sent, but he at least offered to further provide service to eradicate the problem. So, for that, I like to say thank you for the help. He is helpful and I sense his honesty and sincererity to help.
