We had an excellent experience with this moving team. They handled our items very professionally and with great care. We were on a tight timeline as we had to hand over the shop to the next tenant the very next day, and we also had a large amount of wedding gown, props and equipment to move. Despite the long hours, Siva, Jeeva and his team stayed committed and helped us shift everything to our temporary storage, working all the way from 10am until 2am without complaints. Their efficiency, patience, and teamwork really stood out, and they made a very stressful situation much easier for us. Big thumbs up πŸ‘ to Siva, Jeeva and his team for their dedication and professionalism. Highly recommended for anyone looking for reliable and hardworking movers!

Have engaged XNR for my move & it was such a pleasant and great experience! Have had past horror and traumatic moving experiences with other companies but XNR have done a fantastic job! From swift replies for my enquiries, to quotation, to confirmation, to sending the boxes over, to the official move day today. The guys arrived on time. Very fast paced yet handled my stuffs with care. Very experienced movers and skillful handyman skills too! Highly recommended!

I had a very bad experience with XNR: - the team or 3 arrived late in the first job of the day, taking a total of 6 hours for the move - the pricing was not transparent. Despite sending pictures in advance of all items to be moved for a quote, the price kept climbing to on the day of the move. For example they charged 2 full loads despite the truck being very partially full each time (see pictures). And they are counting in the space their own boxes and items that also fills the truck - quite was 328 and ended up paying 926. 3X is a scam I recommend to avoid this company

XNR Movers and Logistics P.L. Sent by Christopher Yap Review for excellent workers Seelan and Dave (Devindran) We engaged a moving company to assist with our house relocation on June 25, 2025. However, I am unsure how to proceed it. Over the past month, for preparation for shifting of house we reviewed numerous moving house company reviews and checked their credentials but still couldn't make a decision. One night at around 12:30 AM, 10 June I sent a message to Mr. Xavier Lim from XNR, and we had a short conversation about moving services. He referred me to Bryan Chew, whom I contacted the same day. At this point, I have placed my booking for my house shift on 10 June for the move on 25 June 2025. Day of shifting on 25 June 2025 The moving team, XNR, has assigned Seelan and Dave (Devindran) to assist us with our house shift. XNR Seelan reached out to me, informing me that he wouldn't be able to arrive on time. In fact, the movers arrived at our current home around 11 AM, which was an hour later than the actual appointment time of 10 AM. This is acceptable, as they informed me about the delay. This aspect is significant, and it's commendable that XNR adhered to the company's policies, procedures, and the condominium's house rules. The team arrived at our house at about 11 a.m. Before they arrived, Seelan called me, and I had a chance to ask him a few quick questions. Since this is our first experience with a moving company, I inquired about how many people would be helping and how they planned to move my 6-door Mitsubishi refrigerator (with a gross/net capacity of 795/543) onto their truck. To my surprise, Seelan informed me that there would only be two people, including himself. I was puzzled and asked how they would manage to lift such a large refrigerator. I also inquired if their truck had a ramp, to which he replied it did not. He assured me the team could handle it. However, I was confused as to why their company doesn’t have trucks equipped with ramps for easier loading and unloading. We are concerned because the refrigerator is heavy, and there is no insurance coverage. Also for the safety of the workers too. Therefore, I will need to closely observe how they plan to move it manually. I need to accompany them from my current unit directly to their truck to ensure that everything proceeds smoothly and without causing any damage. My main point is that the company should invest in the installation of ramps for each truck to enhance the safety of its workers. This will also increase customer confidence, demonstrating that the house mover is dependable and trustworthy. From my observations, the shifting of the house was done without any problems or inconvenience. Both Seelan and Dave (Devindran) exhibited excellent professional skills and confidence in handling the job well, which helped customers like me feel at ease and free of stress. We want to thank them for their exceptional service to the customers. It’s our pleasure to give them β€œAng Pow” so that they will continue to do their best at work and enjoy their jobs. These positive reviews will serve as a morale boost and elevate your company’s success to greater heights. All the best to them. Thank you, XNR. Best regards, Christopher Yap and family 26 June 2025

β€ΌοΈβ˜’οΈπŸˆ² BEWARE OF OVERCHARGING They will NOT GET BACK TO YOU until 1 month later Hahahaha I engaged them despite seeing the negative reviews thinking it might not be that bad but BOY WAS I WRONG TLDR: XNR replies at lightning speed before you pay the deposit but once you do they dip. Any after service issues like OVERCHARGING or DAMAGE.. good luck friend 1. on the day on the move the movers came 4 hours later than expected. But they did state in the terms that the arrival time is an estimate so I wasn't too uptight about it. End up the movers that arrived weren't even from XNR but their sister company. Which I guess is how we got overcharged 2. Initially communicated with Jezebelle, I told them that we need to disassemble an Ikea bed, she told us it was INCLUDED. The day of, we got charged with an $80 fee for disassembly πŸ˜ƒ our bedframe was damaged too, the metal frame was bent out of shape πŸ˜ƒ they claim up to $30 liability BUT THEY IGNORED ME when i tried to claim πŸ˜ƒ 3. When they reached out new place, they old us they had to charge us a $70 ramp fee because they couldn't drive up. LO AND BEHOLD I CAME HOME TODAY AND SAW A SIMILAR SIZED LORRY IN MY CARPARK with 0 RAMP FEE FOR THE NEW TENANTS 4. So with all these issues, i contacted them regarding overcharge. SILENCE for 2 weeks. Eventually they paid us $50 out of the $80 they overcharged us for but they didn't say anything πŸ˜ƒ I had to ask them where's my remaining $30 πŸ˜ƒ then no reply πŸ˜ƒ I also asked where's my $30 liability for the bed frame? No reply ;D Beware... Trust the reviews my friends. They sneakyyy Also xnr can refund me the 70 since apparently your guys push up the ramp for nth?
