Enquiring about a floral order typically begins with confirming the event date, venue, and the scope of arrangements needed — bridal bouquets, aisle or table centrepieces, arch installations, corsages, or everyday gifting. Lead time matters considerably: bridal bouquets and ceremony florals benefit from at least two to four weeks' notice, while everyday arrangements can often be turned around within a week. Discuss style references and a colour palette during the initial conversation, and confirm whether delivery and on-site setup are included in the quoted price or charged separately. Clarify the travel surcharge for venues outside the central region, and ask about wet-weather or last-minute substitution policy if specific flower varieties are out of season.
To get started, reach out to Xpressflower via WhatsApp, phone, or the enquiry form, share your event date and preferred floral style, and request an itemised quote covering arrangement type, delivery, setup, and any applicable surcharges.
Lock in the date with a written contract and deposit, confirm the public liability insurance and any HDB / condo / hotel venue paperwork, and put the deliverables, balance schedule, and rescheduling policy in writing.
Was promptly attended to by the friendly Felicia N moments ago when I walked in to their B2 store at Plaza Singapura. It is a lovely setup in the corner with a wide array of fresh, dried, and preserved flowers 🌷 Perfect for any occasion! (Like Teacher’s Day). There are other cute items for sale too besides flowers, including small stuffed toys and cards. GrabPay payment accepted too. Really grateful for this conveniently located flower shop! 🙏🏻
Wanted to get my wife flowers during LNY where everywhere is close. The florist attended me very warmly, and they managed to get my flowers ready in less than hours.

Because of delivery quality service, i think she deserved to be praised publicly! Thank you Nicole!
Nicole was such a sweetheart! She was very courteous and helpful in helping me to pick the perfect bouquet for my grandma's birthday. I highly recommend them for their great service and I'm definitely going back there should I need any more flowers for any occasion. :)

Floral pricing at Xpressflower will vary by arrangement type and scope. As a general Singapore market reference, bridal bouquets typically run S$150–500, table centrepieces S$80–300 each, ceremony arch or floral backdrop installations S$500–2,000+, and everyday gifting bouquets S$50–200. Event packages that bundle multiple arrangement types are usually quoted as a single project fee. Confirm what is included in the quoted price: flowers and foliage, delivery islandwide, on-site setup and breakdown, and whether a deposit is required on booking (typically 30–50%). Ask about travel charges for venues outside the central region and any surcharge for weekend or same-day orders. GST applies where the provider is GST-registered — confirm this at the time of quote. For wedding florals — bridal bouquets, ceremony arch installations, and table centrepieces — booking two to four months ahead is sensible, and popular Saturdays in March, April, October, and November can fill up six to twelve months out. For baby full-month or birthday event florals, six to twelve weeks' notice is generally sufficient. Everyday gifting arrangements can often be accommodated with one to three days' notice, or same day subject to availability. Confirm whether the booking date is held by a deposit and ask about the rescheduling policy if the event changes. If any portion of the setup is outdoors, discuss wet-weather contingencies and whether specific flower varieties are subject to seasonal availability substitutions.
The Singapore events industry standard is a deposit of 30–50% on signing to secure the date and initiate design work, with the balance due one to two weeks before the event. Confirm in writing exactly what the deposit covers — date hold, consultations, sample or mock-up arrangements — and whether it is refundable or transferable to a future date in the event of cancellation or postponement. Ask about the rescheduling policy specifically: if a venue changes or a wedding is postponed, reputable vendors typically allow a one-time reschedule within a reasonable window without forfeiting the deposit. Also confirm the protocol if a specific flower variety becomes unavailable close to the event date, and whether a substitution requires your approval before it is made.
