I had a fantastic experience with Yong Shen Movers today. My item was extremely heavy (solid marble table) and other moving companies rejected the job, but Yong Shen handled it confidently and professionally. Special thanks to Jack, who kept me updated on his location the entire time. His communication was clear, timely, and reassuring — especially for a complicated move. The team arrived on schedule, worked efficiently, and handled my furniture with great care. I’m very grateful for their reliability and willingness to take on a challenging move. I have just used Yong Shen movers today for a move from Tanah Merah to Kembangan. Im still impressed with their service !! Consistently good since I first started using them in 2015. Over the last 10 years , I have used them 4 or 5 times and I must say their service standards are still impeccable. They are punctual , fast and efficient. They work as a team, which is the reason why they are able to complete the job efficiently. Keep up the good work , I will need to use your services again in a year's time.

I had a very similar experience to Hazel’s review about their dishonest quoting. Initially, the admin assured us that 2 trucks would be sufficient, but on the actual day, the movers insisted we needed 3. The 3rd truck wasn’t even half full, which made us suspect they deliberately underutilized space in the first two trucks. We could have easily arranged a Lalamove for the remaining boxes at a fraction of the cost. To make matters worse, when moving items to the truck, they took the long route from B1 all the way to the loading bay instead of using the 1st floor, which was much nearer. Their excuse was that condo management told them to use B1 if they couldn’t lift the trolley over a small curb 🤦‍♀️ a poor decision that made the process unnecessarily difficult. On top of that, we were charged an additional fee because they claimed the distance from the B1 lobby to the truck was more than 100m. Total damaged $1k plus.. daylight robbery!! *Update* While they claimed to be “taking things seriously” and “open to resolving the matter” your response felt far from genuine, especially after resorting to personal attacks on me and even my parents. My advice to future customers: if you do engage their services, please be vigilant and closely monitor the loading of your furniture onto the truck.
