I engaged yylee to advise on and handle the Deed of Renunciation and transfer of an HDB flat to my sibling. At the outset, we were informed that the transfer was feasible before I proceeded. However, the transfer was ultimately unsuccessful because my sibling did not meet HDB’s eligibility requirements. I am disappointed that the eligibility criteria were not questioned and verified at an earlier stage. Had these requirements been properly assessed beforehand, I would not have proceeded with the transaction and incurred $1,700 in unnecessary renunciation-related legal fees for a transfer that could not be completed. In addition, I found the tone and manner of communication during our telephone conversations to be rude, which further added to my dissatisfaction with the overall experience.

Was attend by YY. Wasn’t a pleasant experience. You want cheap price? Then accept her rude attitude. When I asked questions she wasn’t pleased to answer. She give the attitude like you “don’t know this?” If I know I won’t be here. They even take wrong instructions differ from my request. While I was in the room waiting for her, I hear the staff in office gossip about other client divorce case. Is so unprofessional. She still ask me write a review for them ??
