Got my day + night curtains and blinds for our new home installed by The Curtain Boutique. Was served by Laine at the showroom, who was very helpful in guiding us on the various fabric / blinds options and sharing pros/cons to help us come to a decision especially as we were first time home owners. We also had some pretty specific requirements for the blinds and curtains to be able to fully retract or open with the least blockage to our full height windows. During onsite measurements, the guy did well to note our requests and communicate the minimum height when fully retracted. We were overall very satisfied with the final outcome. There was a hiccup where the white blinds we chose arrived on the day of installation with the ribbon in white instead of black which we chose. Communicated this both to the installers and Laine who were apologetic. Although it took a few more days, they promptly helped replace the ribbon to black so all in all, good service recovery. Would recommend.

She was very helpful in choosing our colors scheme, and patient too. Highly recommend to look for her when you are at the Trade Hub 21 outlet. 👍👍👍 I like the venetian blinds especially!!
