Quote requests: Name, phone number, WhatsApp number, email address, service type, and location (area/zone).

Provider registration: Business name, contact person, phone, WhatsApp, email, ACRA number, service areas, and description.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use your information to:

Match you with relevant service providers
Send quote requests via WhatsApp and email
Improve our platform and user experience
Communicate service updates when relevant

We do not sell your personal data to third parties.

3. Information Sharing

When you submit a quote request, your name and WhatsApp number are shared with matched service providers so they can contact you directly. Provider information (business name, contact details, reviews) is displayed publicly on the platform.
