Mr Siang was very efficient and responsive! Messaged on Saturday around midnight and he was over on Sunday morning. My kitchen sink was clogged and has been a constant issue since a long time now. We had on 2 separate occasions engaged Ah Siang of HW Plumbing, once for a toilet bowl choked and another time for a sink tap leaking. On both occasions, Ah Siang was prompt to reply our WhatsApp enquiry and arrived very quickly to help resolve our issues. He is also very experienced in his work. Resolved our toilet bowl issue without causing scratches on our toilet bowl (previously had a plumber scratched our toilet bowl badly with his tool). The leaking tap issue was resolved also satisfactorily. Originally he was to fix the tap only but we saw that our main pipe was also leaking, he also supported to fix the pipe without a second word. We later learnt it was his day off, but because we needed the leak fixed urgently, he came promptly to fix it. Ah Siang is humble but also very straightforward in his communications. Definitely recommend his services!
