I am very pleased to have their service today. Full grooming for 3.5kg Toy Poodle for $80. The staffer were very professional and friendly and neat but speedy job done. It was very good for them to have checked with length of fur, shape of ears cut before finalizing via whatsapp that was very helpful(understand it was because of our 1st time today and next time onward would be smooth..) (I did not share today but we are leaving Singapore soon so please do not get disappointed even if you do not see Mocha again, your quality was proved today :))

Have taken my pup here a few times and am always floored by the warmth of the staff who treat our pets like babies, taking care of them gently and showering them with a lot of love. The grooming service is simply excellent with a few options, but best to go with full grooming like i do. Needless to say, their appointments get filled quickly so best to call/whatsapp before you go. They're super responsive and will get back promptly. If your pup is due for a grooming, this is the place to go!
