My wife and I engaged with 81 Aircon PTE LTD for our new BTO. During the initial planning stage, Peiee from 81 aircon was very helpful in explaining the different types of brands and the difference for example daikin and Mitsubishi. After comparing prices and warranties we decided to go ahead with 81 aircon. During the first site visit, their technician was very detailed on explaining where to position the units for optimal cooling and also to confirm on what types of blowers we need. 24k or 18k for the living room. We were planning on 24k but after discussing with him, we realized our living room didn’t need such a big blower. So we settled for 18k. My wife and I are both first time home owners - so naturally we were both clueless on this. But due to his experience he guided us based on our needs ( prefer to have the cool air blowing on us when we are at the couch or bed for example) One thing we knew was that we didn’t want to do a box up or conceal for the trunking for maintenance reasons, he also guided us on how and where he will run the trunking. Overall they provided 2 visits for installation, 1st for piping and trunking and 2nd for unit installation. For the first visit after installation we noticed some small issues like missing caulk in the corners, when I contacted Peiee, she immediately arranged for the technicians to come down to rectify the issue. So overall our experience with 81 Aircon was great. Peiee was also quick with her responses and was never pushy to get a sale. If you are considering supporting a company not from the big retail stores, you can give 81 aircon a try! 10/10 recommend! Thank you Peiee and team!
