Had them remove a large mirror + touch up and paint the wall behind it. Very pleased with the result. Contractor was efficient and quick. Also he was accomodating of our concerns: we were worried that there may be mold behind the wall, so he offered to bring sealant just in case and assess the wall after taking down the mirror. Good stuff. Edit: contacted them again, this time for hacking and disposal of some cupboards. They were efficient like the last time - came the next day and job was completed in about 2 hours, without issue. We're doing a full house repaint so didn't request a repaint by them. Mr Tioh seems to always go the extra mile, e.g. helped us dispose of some bags we'd packed for recycling.

Due to damaged locks, damaged mole hair and messed up paintwork, we are re-making the windows, re-laminating the peninsula and claiming damages from 9reno: - Supply and install new top hung window for 2 toilets, cost 700 - Supply and install new sliding window for yard, cost 900 - Supply and install laminate for peninsula, cost 200 - Cost charged by 9reno for messed up paint work 1200 Total 3000. This is not including the additional cost required to replace the window grille installed on the damaged windows with messed up paint work, cost 708.50. Please respond by Mar 9 2359. Yuting

We are reviewing the Malaysian contractor Tioh at 9reno.Damaged our LAN point in the process of removing our wall mirror. The LAN point wasn't fixed properly and we asked him to rectify again after 2 weeks. But went MIA despite sending repeated requests. Engage his service at your own risk.
