We engaged A.Life Grad when my mother-in-law passed away. As this was our first time handling a funeral ourselves, it was an extremely stressful and emotional period for our family. Although the funeral arrangements were over three days, due to time constraints the wake was held for only one day. During such a difficult time, and with many people involved, it was natural to have different views. Vincent remained calm and provided professional advice, helping everyone align and move forward smoothly, even when there were some miscommunications. All procedures and customs were explained clearly, which made it much easier for us to understand and go through the process step by step. The décor was simple yet dignified and well done. What impressed us most was the efficiency of the arrangements — everything was handled promptly, including the flower cleansing session and the mobile toilet setup. The toilet was clean and even had air freshener, showing great attention to detail.
