Jacky is a very responsible and compassionate man. For my mother’s funeral, I am so glad that we have Serenity (ie Jacky and his team) to help us organize the funeral and to provide us with step-by-step guidance to the whole process, from the hospital to the columbarium, coordinating on our behalf with my mum’s church, and other related parties. His team also helped us put together very quickly a montage of my late mother, which helped me to focus on remembering her cheerfulness and liveliness. Background music, neatness, arrangement for the memorial service, and many more other good works.
