About A1 Facility Services (A1 Cleaning)
A1 Facility Services (A1 Cleaning) is a part-time cleaning provider operating islandwide across Singapore, listed on KakiList as verified and registered with ACRA. It holds a 4.8 out of 5 rating across 81 Google reviews, a robust sample that lends reasonable confidence to that score. Pricing is indicated at the mid-range tier ($$) on an hourly model, though prospective clients should confirm the exact rate and minimum session length directly.
To get started, contact A1 Facility Services (A1 Cleaning) via WhatsApp, phone, or the online enquiry form to describe your property type — HDB, condominium, or landed — and what you need: a weekly recurring clean, a one-off tidy, a deep clean, a post-renovation clean, or a pre-move-in clean. A typical session runs three to four hours at minimum. Clarify upfront whether the team supplies equipment and cleaning products or whether you are expected to provide them, and ask whether a fixed quote is available for one-off jobs versus the standard hourly rate. If any helper assigned to your home is a foreign national, the company must deploy that person under a MOM-issued cleaning business licence — direct hire of foreign freelance cleaners is illegal under MOM rules and exposes the homeowner, not the cleaner, to a fine of S$5,000–10,000 and a two-year hiring ban.
Reach out via WhatsApp to request an available slot and confirm the rate, minimum hours, and equipment policy before your first booking.
If the helper is foreign, confirm the company's MOM cleaning business licence before booking — the penalty for hiring an unlicensed foreign freelancer lands on you, not them.
The cleaning service (A1) was excellent. The cleaner was professional and efficient. I’m very happy with the results and would definitely recommend them.
While the cleaning services are great. However, we were not very pleased because of 4 things: 1) The supervisor that was supposed to supervised the team throughout, left midway shortly after the workers commerce work and did not return until towards the end of their work 2) 2 of the workers went for break shortly after they commerce work (not even 2 hours) but they did a good job towards the end. 3) One of the workers broke a wire that is for one of my colleague's computer, while using the carpet cleaning machine, and my colleague wasn't able to use it on Monday. I showed the broken wire to the supervisor, no apologies were made. Rather, he commented,"Oh! This can be bought anywhere. Is ok!" We spent $40+ to replace the broken wire made by them. 4) The China worker that they had engaged, ate something that is left in our Director's office, without our permission!!! Unlike other workers, where they would politely ask if they could have a drink or a sweet, this particular worker, DID NOT even seek for my permission before consuming the sweets in our Director's office! I only found out after I saw that he was munching something in his mouth and asked what is it that he's eating? He then pointed the opened container of sweets at my Director's office! Which none of us employees even dare to take it without the permission from our Directors! Overall, my Manager was not satisfied with the cleaning, while for me personally, I am not satisfied with the overall performance of some of the workers.

It's impressive how your team ensures proper handovers and provides replacements promptly when needed. This level of attention to detail and reliability reflects your commitment to excellence. Thank you for consistently going above and beyond to maintain cleanliness and professionalism. It's a pleasure working with a company that consistently exceeds expectations. Thank you Travis for your prompt assistance.
The cleaners are very professional and service orientated. Well recommended to those who need cleaning services.
I had a truly pleasant experience with the cleaning services provided by this company. They went an extra mile to accommodate to my availability as they scheduled workers to come clean my place. The quality of their work was superb, and I'm thrilled to have finally found a service I can trust. Highly recommend!

Part-time cleaning companies in Singapore typically charge S$18–25 per hour, with a minimum booking of three to four hours per visit. For A1 Facility Services (A1 Cleaning), pricing is indicated at the mid-range tier — confirm the exact hourly rate and minimum directly before booking. One-off deep cleans generally run S$150–800 depending on property size; post-renovation cleans S$350–1,800; and pre-move-in cleans S$400–2,500. Ask whether a fixed quote is available for one-off jobs, as this removes uncertainty about the final bill. Confirm whether cleaning equipment and supplies are included or homeowner-provided, and whether there is any surcharge for landed properties or locations outside the central region. Foreign part-time helpers must be deployed via a MOM-licensed cleaning company — hiring them directly through Carousell, Facebook, or WhatsApp referrals is illegal under MOM rules. The penalty for the homeowner, not the cleaner, is a fine of S$5,000–10,000 plus a two-year ban on hiring any domestic helpers. Before booking, confirm that A1 Facility Services (A1 Cleaning) holds the relevant MOM cleaning business licence for deploying foreign workers. Singaporean and Permanent Resident helpers can be hired directly without these constraints, so if the company uses only local staff, the licensing requirement does not apply in the same way. If you are uncertain, ask the company directly whether any helpers assigned to your home are foreign nationals and, if so, to provide proof of their MOM licensing before you confirm the booking.
A reputable part-time cleaning company carries public liability insurance — S$500,000 is the standard minimum — covering damage to property or belongings during a session. Ask A1 Facility Services (A1 Cleaning) for the policy number in writing before your first appointment so you have a reference if something is damaged. Substitute policy matters for recurring bookings: helpers take leave or fall ill, and a reliable company sends a trained replacement within 24 hours rather than cancelling. Confirm whether A1 Facility Services (A1 Cleaning) operates a regular-helper model — where the same cleaner is assigned to your home each visit — or a booking-pool model where different helpers rotate. Consistency in who enters your home is a practical concern for both trust and cleaning quality, particularly for clients with pets, young children, or specific routines.
