Made appointment with Henry, he was late for more than half hour. Called and said was coming up to the house but no sound no story. Waited again and had to call again and said he was at a totally different location! Mind you, I had given reminders on the day itself. For sure Henry lied through his teeth for this one. Was just absolutely unprofessional. Extremely inconsiderate considering that we had to re-arrange our timetable for the entire day. DO NOT ENGAGE THEIR SERVICES unless you don't mind waiting the whole day for them to arrive.

Called them for help and they told us ETA 30mins. After 20mins later asking for location and his is still at his office as he told us he is changing phone cannot leave yet. Very irresponsible.
