They're ACRA-registered under 196800457N and have been verified by KakiList, which adds a layer of accountability beyond anonymous review aggregators. Google reviewers currently give ACMA Engineers a strong average of 4.6/5 across 164 reviews, which is a reasonable signal of consistency for a home services provider.
The practical way to decide on ACMA Engineers is to message them directly with a short job description, property type, and any relevant photos. Direct contact means no platform middleman and usually a faster response than form-based lead submissions.
Fussy free and reasonable pricing for normal servicing. Asked if spark plugs or brake pads needed any change, they checked and gave their honest feedback which is not necessary as they still can last.... I guess many other workshops would have gladly went ahead to change and charge them since the customers are asking....
Has always been my go to place for servicing. The crew is professional and very courteous. They don't hardsell and most importantly, will advise you on what parts is worn out and needs to be replaced - some parts that we worry about and thought that it needs to be replaced, they will advise you that it can actually be driven first and to monitor it. They will give you a quote and will let decide first beforehand. I would highly recommend this workshop to get your regular servicing or repair works done. And the great thing is, they have an air conditioned lounge with massage chairs & games with complimentary drinks for you to relax during the downtime!
During a service, I was informed my car required 6 litres of engine oil. This is deeply alarming, as in all my years of owning this vehicle, and according to its official specifications, it has only ever required 4 to 4.5 litres for a standard oil change. I had never received such information before. This significant discrepancy raises serious questions about the accuracy of their assessment or their practices. Something is clearly not right.
New update: My car suddenly ran out of air con gas on 9 july. That's 2 months after topping up my gas at this servicing workshop. What nonsense air service is this. Never coming back again. Previous update: Send my car for air conditioning service with them. Although there were 2 persons working at that time of my visit, they were professional, fast and patient and they have excellent multi tasking skill in handling many cars issues at the same time Im super impressed by their work ethics. I also seek the boss's advice on my parking brake and battery replacement and he gave me his honest answers that there's no need to fix it as they are working fine after testing both. I will definitely sent my car there for other servicing in the future for their honesty and professionalism. Thank you ACMA team.
Good vehicle servicing packages. Honest pricing and service. No hard sell or cook up creative issues about your vehicle. Straight up answers and straight up recommendations. Would definitely come back.
