Highly recommend Adedance! Been enjoying classes for the last few months and definitely will be continuing. Every instructor I've had has been attentive, patient and incredibly knowledgable on form and practice. The stretch classes also focus on active stretching and building strength as well as flexibility, which I love. The studio is also so nice, with high ceilings and lots of light. Felt so welcomed into the Adedance family ♥️

I've been to Adedance mainly for stretch classes for around 5+ years now and the instructors are professional and knowledgeable (and very friendly too!), which makes it a very safe environment for building mobility. I have scoliosis and a tendency to hyperextend certain body parts but the instructors are observant notwithstanding class sizes and they usually provided personalised adjustment cues to all the students. Stretches here helped improve my overall body alignment (esp. near end range in stretches) and students are always reminded to engage the correct muscles and not relax into joints. Would highly recommend!
