He is extremely professional, patient and honest in his advice. He always takes the time to explain. 当 This was my first time doing aesthetic treatment at Artisan Clinic. Today I tried a skin booster (hydro injection) after a friend’s recommendation. I’ve heard that this clinic is especially good at Thermage and Ultherapy. Since it’s Chinese New Year, I decided to treat myself and get a little glow ✨ Dr. Roy was incredibly gentle and kind. His technique was very comfortable — the entire face was done with manual injections, and it was not painful at all. I was actually on my menstrual cycle, so I had mentally prepared myself, but the experience turned out to be much better than expected. The doctor was truly amazing 👍🏻 The nurses Adeline and Chloe were also wonderful. Adeline was especially patient ❤️ and communication throughout the process was smooth and reassuring. Really looking forward to seeing the results!
