I saw them from their Instagram ads and thought their prices might be too good to be true, but tried them out after seeing all their good reviews. And they truly exceeded my expectations! Their staff came at the worst possible time, because our lock malfunctioned and we couldn't open the door for them. Their staff patiently waited for over an hour, and eventually rescheduled for the next day with no extra charges. And when they came, our aircons are actually difficult to reach because they are the ducted type in the false ceiling, but their staff serviced and cleaned everything with no problems. Our final bill was the same as for standard wall-type aircons too! Definitely deserves 5 stars!

Very happy with the service. They practice what they advertised by removing the blower for cleaning even for normal servicing. 2 workers will come and quickly get the work done. No hard selling of any servicing packages. Some other aircon servicing services engaged previously only despatched 1 worker, taking his own sweet time to do just basic vacuuming from the fan coil without any washing of the blower. Give them a try, you won't be disappointed.
