Amazing team!!!! I got the deep cleaning post tenancy and ready for the new tenant and I must say the cleaning is honestly superrrrr thorough. they were very attentive to the corners, between doors and aircon ledge, behind the fridge and corners of ceilings were touched on and cleaned. They came with 4+1 sup and finished within 3/4hours. Efficiency at its finest I must say. Definitely recommended and will get them for my next clean out before handover again! As a landlord, I definitely trust them w my place and cleanliness.

Irresponsible company and poor customer service. Call the company as cleaner was initially inefficient and required several prompts. I was quite angry . and the person i spoke to (??Jimmy) , tell me to "i tell you what. Tell the cleaner to exit the house so you dont have to pay anything" ??? What??????? What is this????????????????????? Asked them to send a replacement or another staff to do the job if this cleaner unable to do and they just say ask the cleaner to exit the house??? Asking me to take photo of my whole house so that they have proof cleaner never clean properly?? Hey I am informing you early that i need some help and you give me such Irresponsible replies! I am already rushing for time and yet you are making me do time wasting things to take photo of the whole house ???? To be very fair i only stayed in this house less than 6 months. Everything is still very new and easy to clean. Just because im having back pain, i needed help with cleaning so i hired them. End up the areas the cleaner cleaned, its still dirty. I clean myself within 15 mins, the dirty patches were gone. This clearly reflects lack of effort. However, Cleaner looks haggard and tired to begin with. The company might have illegally over worked the cleaner hence the poor performance. I dont blame the cleaner entirely. What made me angry was a failure to provide solution and fair response. As well as Jimmy's poor attitude and senseless answers . ---- Update: At nearing end of 3 hours, cleaning was finally barely satisfactory . Cleaner was receptive of my feedback and attempted more effort to clean. I Apologised to the cleaner for being stern earlier and cleaner understood. I thank her for being willing to stay to complete her tasks. Poor girl looks very visibly tired. I hope she gets enough rest and the company please dont overbook or overwork uour cleaners as this directly affects efficiency and also your staff health . The way you talk make it like you dont care about your staff at all and that is very bad . They are also human. & btw looking at your bad reviews, just to tell you first that My husband was the one who did the booking and I provided you with the contact number I booked with. Dont tell me your reply that I am not in your system to protect your company name. While my husband is very kind and easygoing, I definitely dont tolerate this type of customer service and attitude from your company contact. HIRE AT YOUR OWN RISK . Again, what i am most angry at was the type of response given by this guy Jimmy.

KUDOS to AFM for employing great, efficient yet happy and jovial staff. I truly enjoyed each individual personality so strong bonded as a team helping each other out. They all knew what’s their task and check on each other if it’s to AFM standard! Thank you, AJA, WEI WEI and MU MU! Excellent job in thorough cleaning, scrubbing and polishing! Team Amy cleaned my apartment under 3 hours to great details. Having used other cleaning services, I am impressed by the punctuality of the team, how detail-oriented and friendly the team is. They effectively left no furniture unmoved / unturned to clean. Including corners, areas, edges that are harder to notice. Lastly, the team came fully equipped with gears and supplies, unlike some other services online.
