About "Agape Little Uni"
Agape Little Uni is a preschool and kindergarten provider based at 101 Cecil St, Tong Eng Building, Singapore 069533, with coverage across the island. The centre is KakiList-verified and ACRA-registered. It holds a Google rating of 4.8 out of 5 across 49 reviews — a moderate sample size that is encouraging but worth weighing alongside a direct visit. Fees are positioned at the mid-range ($$) for the Singapore childcare market.
Families typically begin by enquiring about available slots for their intended start month, as places — particularly for younger age groups — can fill well in advance. During an initial centre visit, it is worth asking about the child-to-caregiver ratio for your child's age band, the structure of the daily routine, and the settling-in approach used to help children transition into the programme. Parents who are Singapore citizens should also ask about ECDA subsidy eligibility, as Basic and Working Mother subsidies can meaningfully reduce out-of-pocket monthly fees depending on household income and the mother's employment hours.
To take the next step, contact Agape Little Uni via phone or the enquiry form to ask about current vacancy for your child's intended start month and to arrange a centre tour.
Visit the centre in person, meet the lead teacher, and read the parent contract before signing.

My child completed K2 at Agape Cecil, and we’re deeply grateful for the teachers’ love, dedication, and commitment. The programme included many enriching activities such as drama and sports day. Over all the centre puts a lot focus on building values for kids. The graduation ceremony was beautifully done. It’s heartwarming to see my child forming meaningful relationships with her friends.
We had such an amazing time at Agape Little Uni’s Sports Day! It was a wonderful opportunity to bond with my kids through all the fun activities and games. The energy and excitement from both the children and teachers made the whole event so lively and memorable. I really appreciate how well the event was organized—the activities were engaging, age-appropriate, and encouraged teamwork and family participation. Watching my kids enjoy themselves, cheer for their friends, and try their best in every game was truly heartwarming. A big thank you to all the dedicated teachers and staff for putting so much effort into making Sports Day a meaningful and enjoyable experience. It wasn’t just about sports, but also about building confidence, friendship, and family connections. We left with big smiles, great memories, and are already looking forward to the next event!
Agape @ Cecil has been wonderful for my child. I really appreciate the thoughtful curriculum they have in place, even for infants and toddlers. I’ve seen so much growth in my child; she’s becoming more confident and developing so well. Most importantly, she loves going to school and looks forward to spending time with her teachers and friends. The safe, nurturing environment that the school has created truly makes all the difference.
My daughter has been with Agape cecil for about 5 years. Teachers and staffs have been attentive to parent’s need and concerns. Before i put my daughter in their infant care i was concerned about the environment because of the news about other centers having inattentive teachers etc. But never once i am concern ever since she is there. School also conduct regular outing and recently Sports day which make the learning more fun. I would highly recommend this center if you looking for one in the central.

Agape Little Uni is priced at the mid-range ($$) for Singapore preschools and kindergartens. Published monthly fees for childcare centres in Singapore typically range from around S$700 to S$1,800 before subsidies, depending on age group, programme type, and daily hours. Contact the centre directly to confirm the exact monthly fee for your child's age band and session type. Beyond the monthly fee, budget for a one-off registration fee and a refundable deposit, which commonly amounts to two months of fees. Some centres also charge separately for uniforms and personal accident insurance. Childcare centre fees are GST-exempt under current Singapore regulations. Singapore citizen children enrolled at an ECDA-licensed childcare centre may qualify for the Basic Subsidy — up to S$600 per month for infant care and up to S$300 per month for childcare. Mothers who work at least 56 hours per month may additionally claim the Working Mother's Child Development Grant (Working Mother Subsidy). Lower-income families may qualify for the Additional Subsidy, which can bring combined subsidy support up to S$710 per month when paired with the Working Mother Subsidy. For kindergarten-only programmes, families should enquire about the KiFAS (Kindergarten Fee Assistance Scheme), which is income-tested. Singapore Permanent Residents are eligible for a partial Basic Subsidy only. Subsidy quantum and eligibility criteria are updated periodically — always verify current figures directly with ECDA at go.gov.sg/ecda before making financial plans.
Waitlists are common at well-regarded childcare centres in Singapore, particularly for infant care places where the licensed caregiver ratio is most constrained. For popular centres, families are generally advised to enquire three to twelve months ahead of the intended start date. January is typically the peak intake month, aligning with the academic calendar, and competition for places tends to be highest in the months leading up to it. To secure a place, most centres require payment of a registration fee and, on acceptance, a deposit. Contact Agape Little Uni directly — via phone or the enquiry form — to ask about current availability for your child's age group and preferred start month, rather than assuming a place will be open closer to the time.
