Am happy with their service. Hired them to replace my main water inlet tap. Monim did a good job. As you can see from the photos, they are well equipped with all the necessary tools to fix the pipes as well (not just the tap, the pipes had to be replaced on the spot). Gives one confidence that it is not a fly-by-night contractor but one with professional standards.

Very good at finding the source of the water leak which was from my neighbour's house. Finally he was granted permission to enter their house to turn off certain water valves which immediately stopped the leak in their house and our house. Did a thorough job in patching the ceiling board and repainting the ceiling in my toilet. Recommended for water leak detection. They were on a list of plumbers which PUB gave me to call to solve the water leakage problem in my kitchen.

My kitchen floor was flooding every time water went into the sink. It was blocked with lots of hardened grease and smelled like a sewer. I called them and 2 guys came over quite quickly. They used a a machine, did a really good job and even cleaned up the black mess all over the floor afterwards. Highly recommended for a job well done.

Please do not engage their plumbing services. I changed my toilet bowls using their services. Workmanship is bad. After installing there was foul sewage smell. Reported the issue to them. they came down to my place and they told me nothing wrong with their installation and still charged me $90. Asked me to contact to town council. Town council came to my place and inspected my bathrooms and discovered that the toilet bowls were not sealed properly. I have been contacting them to come down to rectify the issue but up till now they have not responded.

Used their services to replace a storage water heater, mixer set and shower head. The team of 2 arrived on time, explained to them where to position the heater and off they went to work with little supervision needed. They even washed away the dust and dirt. Job well done.
