About Aipetto Pet Salon
Aipetto Pet Salon is a pet grooming service operating islandwide from its premises at 151 Serangoon North Avenue 2. The business is KakiList verified and registered with ACRA, and it holds a Google rating of 4.7 out of 5 across 32 reviews — a moderate sample that offers a reasonable directional signal of customer satisfaction. Pricing sits in the mid-range ($$) for Singapore's pet grooming market.
When getting in touch, it helps to have your pet's size, breed, and coat type ready, as these details typically determine the base grooming fee and any applicable add-ons such as de-shedding treatment, nail trimming, ear cleaning, or teeth brushing. Temperament matters too — let the groomer know in advance if your pet is anxious or reactive around new environments or handling. You should also bring or be prepared to share up-to-date vaccination records, which most reputable grooming salons in Singapore require before accepting a new client. A first visit allows both you and the groomer to assess how your pet responds, and you can use that session to discuss a recurring grooming schedule that suits your pet's coat maintenance needs.
To take the next step, reach out to Aipetto Pet Salon via WhatsApp or phone to share your pet's details, confirm current availability, and ask about pricing for your specific breed and coat type before booking your first appointment.
Visit the facility, check the vaccination policy, and confirm insurance before drop-off.
First time visit this shop very professional and will give u opinion on what type of style for your dog breed. Grooming skill is tip top. If want to groom your dog this is the place to Hugo. Highly recommended
Have tried other salons but nothing beats the service by Aipetto - plus super duper cute cuts all the time! My mini poodle is almost 2 years old now and I've been bringing him to this salon ever since he was 3 months old, and will continue to do so! Owner is really attentive and gentle - both to pets and to their customers. Price is also fair and reasonable. If you have any specific cuts you want, you can also show them as reference, they will follow closely.
I took my senior husky for full grooming and teeth scaling, and I was really pleased with the service. The groomers (Easy Lau & team) were attentive and careful, making sure my dog felt calm and relaxed throughout the session. I’m happy with the experience and will definitely be coming back. Nice work!
Been sending our dog to Kay for grooming and our dog always comes home very happy and pretty! Kay is nice, patient and always treat the dogs she groomed with lots of love and care! Thank you Kay for being such a loving groomer to Sora!🥰
Thrilled with the service at aipetto. From the moment we walked in, it was clear that our furry friend was in good hands. The staff were not only professional but also genuinely caring towards our pet. The grooming itself was impeccable; our pet looked and smelled fantastic! The attention to detail and the personalised care truly set this place apart. Highly recommend aipetto to all pet owners looking for top-notch grooming services.

Grooming fees in Singapore are typically calculated by pet size and coat type rather than a single flat rate. Small dogs and cats generally start from around S$50–80 per session, medium breeds from S$70–120, and large or double-coated breeds from S$100 upwards. These base rates usually cover a bath, blow-dry, and basic trim. Add-ons such as de-shedding treatment, teeth brushing, ear cleaning, nail grinding, or a full breed-specific cut are normally priced separately. Contact Aipetto Pet Salon directly via WhatsApp or phone with your pet's breed, size, and coat condition to get an accurate quote before booking. See the full pet grooming cost guide for Singapore →
Most grooming salons in Singapore require dogs to be current on their DHPP (distemper, hepatitis, parvovirus, parainfluenza) and rabies vaccinations, with proof typically required to be within the past 12 months. For cats, FVRCP (feline viral rhinotracheitis, calicivirus, and panleukopenia) vaccination is the standard expectation. Bordetella (kennel cough) vaccination is more commonly required for boarding and daycare than for standalone grooming visits, but some facilities do ask for it regardless. Bring a copy of your pet's vaccination certificate or have your vet issue one before the first appointment. Confirm Aipetto Pet Salon's specific vaccination requirements directly when you book, as policies can vary by facility.
Aipetto Pet Salon is registered with ACRA and has been verified by KakiList, meaning operating details and contact channels have been confirmed by a real person. In Singapore, the Animal and Veterinary Service (AVS) under the National Parks Board licenses animal boarding establishments; grooming-only services are not subject to the same mandatory AVS licensing requirement, though responsible operators maintain appropriate standards of care. Before your first drop-off, it is worth asking the salon directly about their protocol if a pet is injured, becomes unwell, or has an adverse reaction during a grooming session, and whether they carry any form of public liability or pet care insurance. Visit the facility, check the vaccination policy, and confirm insurance before drop-off.
