We had a wonderful experience installing air conditioners for our new home. Before our renovation even started, Alvin personally came over to inspect our house. He was very patient, took the time to explain everything clearly, and gave us professional advice that helped us make the right decisions. After the renovation was completed, Ko, Nyi, and Sam came to do the installation. They were careful with our newly renovated house, and very skilled — the entire process was smooth and efficient. We are very happy with the service and would highly recommend their team to anyone who is looking for a reliable and professional aircon installation service!

Run away FAST from this company. Extremely disappointed with this company's lack of reliability and honesty. We had been using Infinite AC for a couple of years now. During one of the recent routine maintenance, the technician advised us to do a chemical wash aka optional and, he claimed that we cannot do it on the same day as our neighbours are not informed prior. So we decided to arrange for another visit to do the chemical wash. My bro called CS Jessica to schedule the appointment for it and had confirmed with her that their technicians will conduct the notice to the neighbours below. Lo to behold, on the date of appointment, no one shows up, no calls to informed. Upon checking the the CS, they informed us that the appointment wasn’t arranged. Fine, we will do it another day. On the day of the appointment, the first thing that the technician asked was that had we informed our neighbours on the chemical wash, which comes as a surprise as this was agreed that the technician will do the informing. And we did not have this issue/concern when we engaged other Ac servicing vendors prior to Infinite. After many conversations with the technicians and calling the CS, one of the technicians finally bulged and went downstairs with my dad to do the informing, which we are thankful for. While we thought, this case was successfully resolved and the service can be done. CS Jessica, insisted the technician to pass me the phone claiming to want to talk to me. The tone used was inappropriate and provoking. I couldn’t suppress my disappointment anymore and I blew my top (mind you making arrangements to be at home for the reschedule dates for AC and being push the blame to wasn’t pleasant). No apologies and making statements like “I have already informed your brother on the notice to neighbours” which diverse vastly from what was informed to us. The technicians might do a good job, but with this kind of service standard from the backend. I personally would not recommend this company based on this experience. If you wish to engage, do so at your own risk.

👍🏼👍🏼I would recommend Infinity Air to ALL especially for those who has Air Conditioning from Samsung Virus Doctor Unit to repair or service. ✅Explained with details on faulty. ✅No hidden charges. 🏃‍♂️🏃‍♂️Very punctual and friendly. 👍🏼Work neatly and problem fixed in no time!. 🙂Will contact them again for regular servicing from now on. Thank you!

Second time hiring them to help with aircon servicing. The first time round they took out the roller/fan to wash for all my units. Recent one that came they just brushed the fan and told me they cannot take out. End up dust fly all over my house, even hours after serving is done, dust kept on flying out and keep on have to clean my house. Contacted their company but response was jsut an apology. Lol.. told them it shouldn’t be counted as a servicing and no reply. Not sure how they train their workers or just hire any random person to do servicing. Cannot make it.

Run away FAST from this company. Extremely disappointed with this company's lack of reliability and honesty. I called ahead to confirm the appointment time a few days prior, but on the day of the appointment, they caused delays. This level of dishonesty and untrustworthiness led to us having to cancel the service. I would not recommend this company based on this experience
