I am happy with the installation service of my system 4 from Aircon Uncle. The price was reasonable, and I really appreciated the care taken at every step of the process. The staff in charge ensured the workers were on top of things throughout the entire job, which ran from 11am to 6:30pm from dismantling the older system to installing the new one fully. I'm really impressed with Uncle Aircon’s service, especially since this is the second time I’ve used them. The first time was after I had issues with another vendor (“CC” my initial installer) who couldn’t resolve the leakage and condensation problem. After finding Uncle Aircon, they did a thorough inspection and managed to fix everything. This time, they performed an overhaul and chemical wash, and I’m very happy with the results. The pricing is very reasonable compared to the market, and I love how well they clean, using a high-pressure water jet for a thorough clean. Also, Mr Ong is very nice as he managed to Squeeze in last minute schedule as I am urgently needed, and he updated me the status promptly for their servicemen.
