Needed help with aircon. Sent the a message on a Thursday. They replied the next day. Told me the earliest slot is Saturday. Fine, I said sounds good. They asked me for more details which I provided. After that they just forgot about me. If you're looking for a earnest and responsible aircon company. This is not it. Steer far far far away from them. Niama... Hope the business close down with this type of service. Already found and engaged another company which is waaaay more reliable and friendlier than this sorry excuse of a company

Appointment request for site survey was responded to and arranged very quickly. However, they can only arrive at any time within the 1hr slot and not at a definite time, so that’s potentially near 1hr of waiting around. On appointment day (11-12pm appointment), the surveyor called at 30 minutes past to inform that he can only reach at 12.15pm without good reason given. When pressed further, he then said he would try his best to reach by 12pm. I had to return to work so could not accommodate his tardiness. It was a waste of time and money (because I had to travel to my new home) for me. Terrible. Subsequent complaint message (yes just 1 message) sent to their WhatsApp wasn’t responded to.

This Aircool is not professional. We have called and what'sapp the no. many time and even live chat online but no response from them to arrange appt. My ac blower was stucked after the last servicing 3 mths ago and now it could not be opened. I informed the live chat online and requested for an follow-up yesterday but today i could not get into this live chat at all, not sure if i am blocked. They should at least response date not scheduled, but looking at this, this company is not responsible at all. Here we are desperate to get this fixed but they are no responding and answering.
