I highly recommend the service of Airple. It has been my go to company to clean my aircon ledge for the last two years. Recently I also proceeded to get their help to install the netting to stop pigeons nesting at the ledge. During all the past visits, the teams have always been extremely meticulous and thorough in their work. It was no different this time. The whole journey from initial contact, to site survey to installation was thoroughly professional and impeccable. Communication was managed by Summer. Very attentive, patient and knowledgeable. I was replacing my System 4 after like 18 years. Naturally I have my concerns. But Summer attended to my queries thoroughly despite uncomfortable questions on Nitrogen flushing. Technician Justin Tan and Steve Zaw are very experienced and helped to solved the issues, they are very patience and serious in terms of carrying out their job scopes. Booked Airple through their app when my aircon wasn’t cold, and the whole process was seamless. I managed to secure a Sunday slot easily, and the app kept me updated every step of the way. The team arrived on time and did a fantastic job – they were quick yet very thorough with the washing and servicing. They even checked my compressor to make sure everything was in good condition, which gave me peace of mind. My aircon is now working perfectly cold again.
