Outrageous pricing. Literally quoted double the next nearest competitors (I always source three quotes). When challenged, they immediately dropped their pricing and said this is in line with their 'normal pricing'. So why wasn't I quoted your 'normal pricing' from the off? I think we know why. Not content with insulting my intelligence, they then say it was a typo; it absolutely wasn't. Do not waste your time with these clowns. First Aircon engineering is a far more professional and reasonably priced firm. Aktiff is a disgrace.

I have engaged two air conditioning installer previously, both are unsatisfactory and the workers show some extreme adverse attitude. Today, Aktiff sent two technician to replace my existing air conditioning.unit, both of them show top-notch workmanship, very professional and helpful. The staff, Mr mazlan explain clearly without reserves on methods to maintain and clean the equipment. Well done, Aktiff!

Aktiff's technicians changed the indoor motor on my Aircon. Immediately after the repairs the Aircon developed a weird noise (which wasn't there before their technician opened up the unit) and when I followed up with them, their technician came to check (twice!) but all they could suggest was that I spend another $800 to change the fan coil! When I spoke to their manager (Thomas), he was very rude and had no idea what the fault was. The Aircon has been used for less than 6 months in total. I would have given them a 0 star if possible, AVOID USING THIS COMPANY

Poor quality of work and extremely poor service. The entire 1 compressor, two room unit setup was installed by them, including piping and electrical works. We don't have the habit of sleeping in air conditioning, but only use every it now and then during warmer days. Just one and a half year later, the air con was no longer blowing cool air, I have checked the filters were clear and free from obstruction, volume of air being blown out was normal. Called Mr Thomas and told him about the problem, he asked how many times I have serviced the air-con. I replied non, since it was lightly used. He rudely replied me that surely it will not be cold, people service it at least twice a year, but I had none. I had enough and ended the call. He was plainly not interested in the problem, did not ask relevant questions like, air flow or if I have checked filters, frequency of use, or any water leakage observed. Mind you, it was brand new installation just about a year ago. He has intention of solving or understanding and issue, but only earning by making the customer pay for servicing. I engaged another vendor and as I suspected, the coolant had leaked completely from the compressor. I now have to engage an air condition company to top up my compressor coolant every year!! How ridiculous is that!? For a brand new unit! The other company advised me that even if I did pressure testing for the leak, it wouldn't be able to locate the point of leakage and will have to redo the entire piping. Fantastic work and sense of ownership Aktiff has, use at your own risk.
