Families engaging a bereavement care provider typically begin with a phone consultation or enquiry form to discuss the nature of care required — whether that involves end-of-life support for a loved one at home, hospital liaison, or funeral arrangement coordination. Key considerations include the mobility and medical needs of the individual, the family's religious or cultural traditions, the timeline for services, and who among the family is the primary decision-maker. All Saints Bereavement Care can be reached by phone or through the contact form on their listing, and early contact is advised to allow sufficient time for planning and coordination.
To begin, reach out by phone or via the enquiry form to discuss your specific situation, confirm service availability, and obtain a written breakdown of costs before making any commitment.
Insist on a trial period and put the care plan, hours, and rate in writing.
Wonderful service, thank you so much to the All Saints team. From start to end, I met very professional and kind staff. Set up was done very nicely and when we had an issue with the fridge, help came instantly to fix it. All went very smoothly. Highly recommended them to all relatives and friends.
The family would like to express our deepest appreciation to your team under the leadership of Daniel Wong for providing the excellent wake and funeral services to make the mourning of the passing of our beloved mother, grandmother, great grandmother a little easier to go through. We are very grateful to all your team members, from beginning to end, working at location and in the office, coordinating and collaborating to ensure our needs are adequately met. Thank you very much, team. The Family of the late Lan Siew Eng
My mum recently passed away and we contacted Daniel and his team. They were excellent all the way from the first meeting till the last. I had done some ground work previously before mum's passing and that helped a lot I feel. So when mum passed I called and Daniel and his colleague were with me within an hour on a Friday night. He explained all that was needed to be done and we told him what we wanted which was a church service, cremation and then scattering of ashes. A group chat was set up and everything proceeded smoothly all the way till the scattering of ashes. Little things count and All Saints even provided the envelopes for the donations during the church service! I can't say enough good things about them and have no problems recommending them to anyone who finds themselves in the situation we did. Thanks All Saints!
All Saints was our first and only call for funeral arrangements, when our dear sister passed away on the 4th November 2024. My family and I are greatful to them for making the entire process seamless and easy for us during our bereavement. Daniel and his team did a wonderful job with a tender touch. The pastor they requested for us, Reverend Daniel, also did a good sending off Christian prayers for our sister Hannah. Thank you All Saints for your wonderful effort, in some ways alleviating our grief a little.
I recently had the difficult task of arranging a direct to cremation service for our late father, and I cannot express how grateful I am for the compassionate support we received from Daniel and his team. From our first contact through WhatsApp, the staff showed genuine care and understanding, guiding us through every step with professionalism and empathy. The attention to detail in planning our express service was exceptional. They honored our wishes beautifully, creating a memorable tribute that truly reflected the life of our loved one. I particularly appreciated Daniel, David, Lizy, Brandon and Fynn, who went above and beyond to ensure that everything ran smoothly. Their kindness and support made a world of difference to us. They provided us with peace of mind and a beautiful farewell for our loved one.

All Saints Bereavement Care indicates mid-range pricing ($$), but specific package costs are not publicly listed and will vary depending on the services required — end-of-life home support, funeral coordination, or full bereavement care packages each carry different cost structures. When requesting a quote, confirm the following in writing: what is included in the base package, any disbursements or third-party costs (e.g. cremation or burial fees, religious officiant, flowers, transport), GST if applicable, and the payment schedule. Ask whether a written itemised estimate is provided before any commitment is made. See the full eldercare cost guide for Singapore →
All Saints Bereavement Care's listing does not specify whether services are delivered on a live-in, visiting, or facility-based model. Given the bereavement care focus, services may span end-of-life companion support, family liaison, and post-passing coordination rather than long-term residential care. Families should confirm directly whether All Saints can provide in-home support during the final stages of a loved one's life, how many hours per day are covered, and whether a trial or short-term engagement is available before a longer arrangement is agreed. Medical versus personal care scope, and any distinction between palliative support and administrative funeral coordination, should be clarified in writing.
All Saints Bereavement Care does not currently list specific regulatory licences on this directory. Families should ask directly about the qualifications of staff involved in care delivery — including any nursing certifications, palliative care training, or dementia support credentials where relevant. For agencies providing home care with clinical components, AIC or MOH registration is the relevant benchmark in Singapore. Confirm whether the provider carries public liability or professional indemnity insurance covering both caregiver injury and client incidents. Request this information in writing before engaging services.
