Our previous Kaadas digital lock from another company broke just after the 2 year warranty. We went shopping for another one and this was the only shop carrying the Schlage brand, which my friend used for 5+ years without any issues. It was also one of 2 brands recommended by the locksmith who came when my Kaadas lock broke. Arranging was all done easily either online or via WhatsApp. The installers for the door and the lock were all very professional. The lock installer especially took real care to make sure everything was adjusted and aligned properly and spent some time to make sure the closing of the door was smooth. This is a huge contrast to the installation I had with the previous company that just made my door close harder because they couldn't get it aligned properly and close smoothly. The only downside is that there is no showroom but if you ask Vincent for real life photos of the laminates, he will send you some so it's actually better than a small template.
